This villa offers four double bedrooms with en suites. All have double beds. Several terraces around the gardens give you space to find peace and tranquility, there is a unique grotto indoor swimming pool. A bbq area and summer kitchen to fully enjoy those long summers days , beautiful sea views; from most parts of the villa . You are just short walk from Villefranche sur Mer and Nice centre. For all your needs there is supermarket just along the road; there is a fully equipped kitchen and full washing facility and dishwasher etc.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Nice is situated in the south of France in the heart of the French Riviera; benefitting from an all year round sunny climate temperatures ranging from 8 degrees in the winter up to 40 degrees in the height of the summer. In this region you benefit from being just over one hour from fantastic ski and also only a short train ride to Italy; famous towns include Monaco and the famous Monte Carlo casino and then to the west you find cannes and all the razzmataz of the film festival or even further west the chic St Tropez playground of the rich and famous.

Nice / Mont Boron area

Nice probably the most architecturally interesting city along the coast with some beautiful PALACE BUILDINGS BUILT BY THE RUSSIANS; Also home to many of the famous painters at one time in history. There is plenty to do and with the new tram way everything is accessible, from museums, the opera, night clubs, cinemas the famous Roman ruins in Cimiez and of course a walk along one of the largest and most beautiful sea fronts The Promenade des Anglais and much much more. It is to the West of here you find Cap de Nice and the Mont Boron area of this city. This West facing hillside offers some of the chicest properties and the most fabulous panoramic views across the sea and the baie of Nice. A very exclusive part of the town and only a stones throw from Villefranche sur Mer its bay and St Jean Cap Ferrat home to many stars of music and film.

How to get there

Nice airport is served by most leading airline companies including easyjet ryanair aer lingus delta airways british airways klm and of course air france. From Paris you have the tgv or direct links on all airlines.

To arrive at the property either take a taxi or with your car along the beach road to Villefranche and you will arrive at the villa in the prestigeous Mont Boron area of Nice.

Please note that the bedrooms all have double beds with one having two double beds therefore consideration should be given when thinking about numbers; this property is spacious and immaculate and an ideal spot to fully to advantage of all the Côte d'Azur has to offer; available all year and situated along the sea road from Nice to Villefranche.

Conditions

Please note that the villa has a minimum stay of one week or seven days. If you wish to stay for a shorter period this will be possible but will be charged at the weekly rate.

There will be special rates between the end of September till end of November for long stay clients of one month or more.

Please note that for the film festival in Cannes the rate will be 5000 euros a week

the Monaco formula one grand prix will be 6000 euros for the week

rates may differ subject to certain events or congresses or holidays that may take place in the region

Cancellation must be in writing at least two weeks before arrival dates for full return of deposit.

Cancellation one week or less before in writing the deposit will be withheld.
