Fabulous top floor apartment, only 200 meters from beach, in a Belle-Epoque Nicoise building with south-facing balcony with views over Nice.
Only one block from the promenade Anglais and beach, its located on the pedestrian zone "Zone Pietonne" in the centre of all the fashionable shops and cafes of Rue Massena and Place Magenta. The Duplex apartment is on the 5th and 6th floors of the building, served by a lift. The 5th floor comprises Living room with french doors to the balcony which is furnished with garden table and two chairs to take the view and sun. The 5th floor also has a fully equipped kitchen area and guest toilet.
A central staircase leads up to the upper rooms on the 6th Floor with double bedroom with shower and toilet en suite. The apartment is double-glazed for peace and quiet for your stay and has air-conditioning and heating as required throughout. For relaxation the living room is equipped with flat-screen TV and DVD & CD player, Radio.

Nice / Central Nice area
Ideal for the Formula One Race Monaco, Cannes Film Festival , the Acropolis Centre for International Conventions. Cours Saleya in the old town has a weekly flea market on Mondays were you can search for bargain antiques. Nice has a world reknown Opera House, L'Opera de Nice, for Opera Lovers. The Cote d'Azur branch of the Parisian Department store "Galeries Lafayette" is located in Place Massena at the top of Rue Massena. Nice is also home of the Matisse Museum and the Marc Chagall Museum. The Tourist information office is only around the corner on the Promenade De Anglais for latest information and excusions when you arrive.

Nice international Airport is only 10 minutes by Taxi. A regular bus service serves the Airport which can be picked up around the corner from the apartment.

A 3rd / 4th guest can be accommodated on the fold-out sofabed in the living room. Just let me know the number of guests staying when you book the apartment in Rue Massena. There are two toilets for your convenience. The bedroom has independent air-conditioning to the living room. The en suite shower room comes with heated towel rails for bath towels. All rates include linen and towels. A local english speaking couple are on hand to help you settle in and help with any questions.
Further details outdoors: The south facing balcony is ideal for serving breakfeast on those sunny mornings and later then on in the day is ideal on balmy evenings, for enjoying a relaxing drink before dinner at one of the local buzzing brasseries or restaurants on your doorstep. If you hire a car for local excursions in Provence during your stay here, a convenient underground car park is located just 100metres away in Place Grimaldi.
