The 'Verdi' apartment, which sleeps 2 people, is airy, stylish and well-positioned on the raised ground floor of the famous 'LE COLYSEE' building, the historic Art Deco landmark in the heart of the Musician's Quarter, the most sought-after residential area in Nice. You enter the building through wrought-iron doors and pass around the 1930's style fountain with marble staircase. The apartment is quietly positioned facing the leafy courtyard and is spacious and bright with high french ceilings and beautiful marble floors throughout.

Just three minutes walk from the train station, it is a delightful two minute stroll to the Promenade des Anglais, the best shops in Nice, the Bay of Angels, and miles of beaches.

By taxi, hire car or private car, the property is conveniently only ten minutes from Nice Airport.

The bright sitting room is a spacious four-meters by six-meters. There is no street noise which makes the apartment an oasis of peace and quiet in the centre of Nice.

Equipped to a high standard, with a full-size leather sofa, two chairs, colour TV, stereo CD player/radio, and dining table, separate kitchen, full-sized double bed.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric hob with oven, cupboards, microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and cooking and eating utensils.

In the hall, there is wardrobe hanging space, with iron and ironing board. The fitted shower room (hair dryer provided) has a hand wash basin, constant hot/cold running water, large wall mounted mirror, vanity unit and toilet. There is central heating by radiators if you ever need heat.

"Good Location in Nice & Close to Train Station"

The apartment was in a good location, close to train station which was great for visiting all the many places along the coast - Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, Menton, Ventimillia. Virtually next door is a bakers, a lovely patisserie, butchers, grocers and a supermarket a few hundred yards away. Across the road is La Verdi cafe & bar which was great for a coffee or a beer whilst watching the locals play chess. The Prom, Old Town, Port, shopping area were all easy walking from the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the shower room adequate and kitchenette had everything you needed.
