The apartment consists of two bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The living and kitchen area is open plan with stunning sea-views over Nice. Outside the balcony has a table and chairs for 6 people. The setting of the apartment is in a lovely quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive into central Nice. , For Golfers we can arrange a car to take you to play and then onto dinner and the Casino!!!
For Shoppers there is an extensive shopping area in Nice offering from market stalls to exclusive boutiques, have our driver drop you to town - pick you up and bring you back into dinner and a nightclub.

Nice is the centre of the French Riviera. It is a unique place offering a unique experience. The people are friendly and helpful. Nice offers numerous festivals throughout the year e.g food and marathons.
Within easy distance of the city for the adventurous there is rock climbing, trekking, rafting and kayaking. Apart from driving there is an abundance of means of transport, buses, trains, trams and ferries.
Nice / Nice Centre area
The markets in the old part of the town are a must see. They sell flowers, fruit and antiques. The same area in the evening is rich in people wining dining and watching the world go by!
There are many wine and cocktail bars in the area along with live music to make a very pleasant night out. Clubs tend to be free to enter - one of the largest is on the Promenade, Evenment and is situated by Rue Gambetta.
Their is climb to the Parc du Chateau (or a small tourist train) where the views are amazing. Up here is a parc with a cafe serving refreshments. Many entertainers can be found in the park.
The beach is packed with restaurants bars and cafes. Sunbeds are for hire and watersprots available. The promenade along the beach is alive with rollerskater, joggers and people walking.

It is a 5 minute drive to the main shoppoing areas, attractions, restaurants and nightlife of Nice. The rooms are light and airy. The outdoor pool is set just above the apartment and again offers stunning views whilst swimming or sunbathing. The apartment offers a really peaceful atmoshphere in a quiet and elegant setting - its hard to believe that you are only minutes from the bustling city centre.
