About the home

It is the perfect place for exploring Cannes, Antibes, Menton, Monaco and many other beautiful coastal and mountain towns & villages.

Like to swim? at the private beach of the Radisson Hotel or at the public beach which is free beside the apartment They Radisson Hotel also has a rooftop restaurant and bar with fantastic views . Nice airport is 5 minutes drive, and there are regular buses to the airport from outside the complex..

The apartment is next to the famous Promenade des Anglais and othe location offers a supermarket with Rotisserie (Deli, cooked hot meals, Provençal specialities) fresh fruit and veg, cheeses & wines, next to a boulangerie with homemade bread, croissants and cakes.

The Cote D'Azur is a favourite resort of the English and many Europeans thanks to its mild sunny winters and glorious summers.Nice is the vibrant capital, with a mix of both modern and historic architecture such as the Belle Epoque buildings.The tree-lined avenues and boulevards with public gardens with blosseming flowers and plants add to its beautiful and unique appearance.

The French Riviera offers a multitude of sights to see and things to do including concerts, opera, museums & art galleries, world-renowed casinos, open-air films and concerts. Its world famous art galleries house collections which incude Matisse,Chagall and Picasso.

The coastal and surrounding mountain scenery of the Alpes with its hilltop villages is truly beautiful.Explore the local vineyards and markets each with their own history and tradition for fresh produce and perhaps a wine tasting - eg Aix-en-Provence.

The Nice area

Nice is the lively capital of the Cote d'Azur and offers kilometeres of beautiful beaches,a famous and popular promenade and a Marina where both small and large yachts berth throughtout the year.

The Old City's winding streets with its picturesque cafes,bars and restaurants and boutiques stores.line the streets of Nice and when the sun sets there is a buzzing nightlife where you are able to visit the traffic-free zone in the centre lined with late night shops.

Local activities in the area include diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, roller blading.

“A fantastic value, clean, bright and airy apartment” The apartment is well located for the beaches and beach bars on promenade d'anglais (only one block from the seafront) and a short bus/taxi ride to the centre of Nice / Train station. I could find no faults with the decor / cleanliness / standard of furnishing whatsoever. Excellent value.

“Great apartment great location” We had a great time in Nice staying in this apartment. The apartment is in a fairly new building, full of light and with a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan living - dining room. It's on the 5th floor with a view of the sea from the balcony. Marie, the owner arranged for the key collection from the apartment with the lady on site showing us around and how everything works (washing machine and internet access) Marie was very helpful with useful information and was easy to contact to via email or phone. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk which will take you to town centre, Cannes or to train station if you want to go to Monte Carlo. If you like walking you can get to town centre within 20 min walking on the Promenade de anglais. Directly opposite the apartment there is a public beach or you can pay for a lounger at the adjoining private beach of the Radisson hotel. We will defiantly recommend the apartment to our friends and are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Marie we had a great time.
