Located off the pedestrian Rue Massena, this beautiful one bedroom ground floor apartment opens onto a small terrace, with private parking. The Promeade des Anglais and beach is less than 200 metres from the apartment and around the corner are numerous restaurants and shops.

The apartment can also be accessed from the chic Avenue de Suede. Although centrally located, this apartment is very private and quiet. The apartment is light and airy and comes with a double bedroom and a wall of fitted wardrobes, a living room with bed settee, fully equipped kitchenette and excellent shower.
