The Villa Dracoena was built in 1906. It is located in front of the sea on the Cape of Nice, between the 'Baie des Anges' and Villefranche. The Villa is overlooking the sea and the "baie des anges" with breathtaking views. The pool is heated. The garden is 1000 meters square and contains many trees, notably orange trees, and exotic plants. The Villa is close to the natural reserve of 'Mont Boron' where it is very nice to walk between wood and sea. The Villa Dracoena is located at a walking distance to the old town of Nice and the ' Promenade des Anglais', 5 min from Villefranche, 15 min from Nice International Airport and 20 min from Monaco.

Nice has great sunshine all year round, and has lots of things to do for adults and children. There is fantastic scenery and many different places to explore: Antibes, Juan les Pins, St Paul de Vence, Cannes and closer by the old town of Nice, Villefrance, Cap Ferrat, Eze and Monte Carlo. There are plenty of shops in Nice, or there's San Remo in Italy, just over an hour away by car which also has great shopping, For children, apart from the pool and beach, there is a zoo on Cap Ferrat, the aquarium in Monaco and Marineland in Antibes. Also in the winter, skiing is only around one hour's drive away at Isola 2000, and you still have the possibility to enjoy the Cote d'Azur in the evening!
Nice / Mont Boron area
On Mont Boron, an exclusive area of Nice situated above the Port, Villa Dracoena is a stylish 1906 Villa overlooking the "Baie des Anges". There is a supermarket close by (3 minutes walk) and restaurants in the Port reachable on foot in 15 minutes. There are regular buses into the Port and Nice Centre as well as to Villefranche and along the coastline to Monte Carlo.
