Me and my girlfriend stayed here at the start of September 2012. The accommodation was excellent. Modern fittings, clean and comfortable. The location is great and we were given great instructions on how to find it from the owner. The water front is one street away which was brilliant for escaping the sun for a while to have lunch before setting off back to the beach in the afternoon. There are plenty of shops nearby so it was great to be able to save some money by buying in some ingredients to eat in of an evening and also to prepare lunches to take out with us when exploring the local area. There is a good supply of cutlery etc in the flat and it also helps that there are a few books including a french/english dictionary. The bed was very comfortable with a choice of duvet or just using a sheet (sheet was more than adequate at this time of year!). Couple of things that could improve the stay if i had to pick anything out, would be the air con which just seemed to act as a fan rather than air con and the introduction of some sort of draining board for the washing up. All in all, a great apartment which we would definitely use again in the future. |

This was a great apartment for my boyfriend and me. It was clean and light and airy despite the heat outside. The air con was a necessity! It is as it looks in the photos, a relaxing flat and nice to have a dining table if you want to eat in. Just a 2 minute walk from the sea which was great for popping down for a swim and close to everything else in Nice including restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Despite being on a busy street it was very quiet and we had no problems with noise. As the sofabed and chairbed are both in the living space, this might be cramped for a group of people for a whole week, but still worth a look. |

This apartment is exactly as advertised so I did not add any photographs with my review. It is really comfortable, bright, modern and spotless. The Owner was really helpful and informative before I even arrived in Nice. Once I arrived a lovely lady named Claire met me with the key and showed me around the apartment. The location is excellent, there is a nice little café next door which offers free wifi, the staff there are also very friendly. I found everything to be within walking distance, the train station is just about ten minutes away. I walked everywhere. The owner has a folder there with information on anywhere that you want to go including timetables for buses and trains to Monaco etc. There are also personal recommendations for day trips, restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a safe central location. I was travelling by myself and this apartment was ideal , I got to know the people in the café next door and they were very friendly to me which is important when travelling solo. My deposit was returned to me without any delay. Highly recommended A++++++++++. |
