Bright, charming and luxurious one bedroom self-catering flat along the Pedestrian Walkway only 200 meters from the beach, Promenade des Anglais, two casino and the historic Old Town.

This apartment is ideal for a couple who wants a very central location close to where all the action takes place, but peace and quiet in the apartment located at the back of the building on the 4th floor. It gets the sun all day and has 2 little south-facing balconies for enjoying an aperitif and a view over the red rooftops of Nice.

The sitting room contains a white leather couch, an extendible dining table and 4 chairs, a large lounge chair convertible to a good quality single bed, an armoire plus satellite TV.

Nice and the Cote d'Azur has always been famous for its mild climate and elegant way of life. It is an ideal holiday site for vacationers taking a winter break, a ski holiday, or a relaxing fun-in-the sun holiday.

There is something of interest for each and everyone all year around from history, archaeology, marine life, art museums, sports centres, near-by golf courses, excursion and ferry boat trips, dancing at L'Accordeon" to the famous "musette" music made popular by Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel and Charles Aznavour.

The Old Town is famous for its flower and antique markets on the Cours Saleya and the charm of its narrow, winding pedestrian streets bustling with activity all year round. You can take cooking lessons or learn to make a mosaic table. You can sample typical nicoise dishes such as "socca" or the renown "salade nicoise". Vive la France!

Nice area

This luxury apartment is located on the Pedestrian zone within a few blocks of bus, train, tram and ferry or excursion boat transportation. Located halfway between the historic Negresco Hotel and the Old Town it is only a couple of blocks to private beach facilities, or public beach areas, great shopping in the famous Gallerie Lafayette department store or numerous boutiques, a wide range of restaurants, coffee bars, ice cream parlors, speciality shops.

You can stroll, bicycle, skate or people watch while sitting on the boardwalk of the Promenade or gaze out to sea at the sunset. The Massena museum has just opened next to the Negresco Hotel after years of remodelling and its gardens and contents are well-worth a visit. Museums are free on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. Yes, you guessed it, never a dull moment in Nice!

From USA Delta airlines flies to Nice, Air France flies to Paris with connections to Nice.

From the UK Easy Jet, From Italy Express Blue (both have daily flights). Trains from various European cities via Paris.

This apartment is very popular with holiday couples due to the fantastic location on the pedestrian walkway in the centre of Nice on the Pietonne where the action takes place (coffee bars, ice cream parlors, first class restaurants, boutiques, small speciality shops, pizza parlors, outdoor entertainment, close to Gallerie Lafayette and just 2 blocks from the public beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer, microwave/oven, dishwasher, utensils, cutlery, plates and glasses.

The bedroom contains a high quality comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobe and safe. The modern bathroom has a shower and heated towel rack.

Our rates are all-inclusive except for a bed and bath linen charge of 20euro per bed and a 50euro final cleaning charge. There is of course a security deposit of 100euros which is returned when the guest leaves provided there is no damage to the apartment or its contents.

The booking fee of 20% is payable upon making a reservation and is paid by direct bank transfer.. A booking form is provided by email upon request which specifies the terms and conditions of rental.
