"Great location, & very spacious apartment."
We stayed at this apartment last month and we were delighted with the high standard of accommodation. We have stayed in Nice before and found many French hotel rooms can be a bit on the small size to say the least but in this appartment we felt like we were in a spacious hotel suite. Great value and very central location, we walked everywhere!!

I stayed in this flat for the first two weeks of September. it is modern, well-decorated and extremely comfortable with excellent wifi access, which was important to me. The kitchen area was well thought out, with a full size cooker and plenty of working surfaces. Although it was hot outside I found I rarely need the air conditioning.
It is near all the convenieces and a mere 8 minute stroll to the Promenade des Anglais,

This apartment is exactly as described and offers an ideal base from which to visit all the stunning locations the area has to offer.
The booking process, liaison with owner and key collection were all very prompt and smooth. The apartment is very modern and airy with quality furnishings and appliances. We stayed with two teenage girls and found it to be very comfortable, aided by good air con, comfortable bedding, HDTV and Wi Fi etc.
The apartment is unique in that it sits within the very heart of the city, yet is very quiet and peaceful. The main bars, restaurants, beach, train station and old town are only minutes away,
