This apartment has a light and airy feel to it, which is accentuated by the open plan living room, with it's American kitchen.
Parquet floors throughout, with top of the range designer furniture, gives this apartment a modern and contemporary feel.
In the sitting room there are two sofa beds, with a table and chairs for dining. An open plan kitchen, with central island, and bar stools. A double sink, fridge/freezer, washing machine, , full size oven, kettle and microwave.
Off the sitting room is a fantastic shower room, with a large walk-in shower. Tiled floors, a modern stone sink, shelving and a toilet. There is also a heated towel rail/radiator.
The other side of the sitting room leads onto the double bedroom. The bed can be changed into either a double bed or two singles. There is also a fitted wardrobe .
Heating via conventor heaters throughout the apartment.
A large flat screen television, and DVD player, should you want to rest after walking around town, and exploring the many sights.

The building is tucked away, just off the leafy road of Boulevard Victor Hugo. Absolutely quiet and peaceful, one would never think that just a few minutes away beckons a busting and lively city.
Opposite is a wonderful little park with fountains, whose waters light up after dark. In the immediate vicinity are restaurants, parks, cafes and shops.
An old Nicoise building, which has a lift and central staircase.
Absoutely no need for a car, as everything is within just a few minutes walk.
Walking, you get to the beach in about 8 minutes as it is only 4 blocks away.
The train station is reachable in 10 minutes, and the Old Town of Nice is a 15 minute walk.
Even though you are in the centre of Nice, don't forget you can get to a great ski resort within 1.5 hours. So you could make this into a 2-part winter holiday.

As this apartment and everything in it is totally new, we would like to request 1 weeks' rental as a refundable deposit. Refunds will be held until the apartment is cleaned and checked for any damage.
A 25% deposit is asked with your booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the booking commences.

In addition to rental there is a compulsory end of stay cleaning and linen charge of 100 euros per stay based on 1 or 2 guests with an additional 10 euros person for 3rd and 4th guests
To book this apartment, you will need to pay a 25% deposit.
You will then be asked for the balance 8 weeks before the booking starts.
If you book within 8 weeks of the start of the booking, full payment will be required.
A deposit/holding cheque of 350 Euros (or £ equivalent) is required in case of damage or breakages, which will be returned upon a satisfactory check-out and end of stay clean (within 2 weeks of check-out).
We take Direct Bank Transfer in either Euros or sterling equivalent.
