Nice has everything to offer in the way of a perfect holiday, wonderful climate and food and lots and lots to see and do in the region. Eat in the Old town of Nice in one of the many restaurants, stroll among the Promenade des Anges, people watch from the chairs or benches provided free, swim in the sea, shop till you drop or run out of money in the designer shops, little boutiques or department stores. Visit the museums, art galleries, Roman sites, churches, markets, so much to do and so little time.........or just lie on the beach and enjoy the body beautifuls of which there are plenty!

Take the train or coach to Cannes, Antibes ( second largest port in the world for luxury yachts) Menton, Monaco, Villefranche. Or the coach to Grasse, famous perfume town, Vence, Biot or the ski resort Isola or Auron just over 1 hour away. Come anytime because each month there is something to see and do, you will not be disappointed
How to get there
Fly to Nice Airport and take a Taxi or Airport bus to the Negresco Hotel on the Promenade Des Anglais which is the road running the full length of the Baies des Anges some 10 mins car journey away from theAirport (the Airport bus is marked "Nice Centre Ville"). The apartment is on the Rue Cronstadt the road running down the left handside of the Negresco.
Easyjet, BMIbaby, British Airways, Aerlingus all run inexpensive flights from London, Amsterdam, Dublin and many other European Cities

Further details indoors: This splendid apartment is situated in a beautiful old Bourgeois Palace with has an amazing grand enterance and staircase. The apartment is on the 5th floor which can be accessed from the left hand lift or for the more energetic the dramatic staircase. With west facing balconies in each bedrooms and an amazing views from the terrace which is facing South, East and North the sun can be enjoyed practically from dawn till dusk.
This apartment is really for the romantic at heart who wish to experience the charm of the Bourgeois age coupled with accessability to all that is happening in and around Nice. This is location, location, location at its best!
Waiting in the apartment on your arrival is a complimentary welcome pack consisting of a bottle of the Provences famous "Bandol" wine, fresh milk and bread etc to get you through your first few hours !.
There is satelite television in the apartment.
Further details outdoors: The large sun terrace is private and has extraodinary views of the Mediterranean. On the terrace there is an outdoor dining table and also two sun loungers to soak up the Cote D'Azure sunshine !.
If required , as an optional extra, we can possibly offer secure parking . The garage (with lockable door) is accessed at street level in the same building.

The apartment is not suitable for children and sorry no animals allowed either!
Conditions
200 euro deposit required on booking (per week of stay). Payment normally in Euros but possible in Pound Sterling. Sorry no credit card payments accepted. Final cleaning charge of 100 euros which includes bed linen and towels. Beach towels, sunshades and sunloungers provided also.

We offer a discount of 10% for a booking of 2 weeks or more.
The apartment is available at better rates for long term stays of over 1 month.
Please ask if you require a nightly rate (minimum stay 3 nights).
A booking deposit of 200 Euro (per week stayed) is charged.
Final cleaning charge of 100 Euro, paid on arrival, includes all bed linen, towels, kitchen and general apartment cleaning.
We also charge a breakages deposit of 200 Euro, paid on arrival, this is given back (all well) at the time of departure.
There is a possible extra option of a secure garage, in the same building. The rental rate for this garage is Euro 100 / week.
