This is the perfect apartment for your holidays, very central being just 5/10 minutes walk to the vibrant and picturesque Old Town and steps away from the beautiful harbour with all the luxury yachts and only minutes from the beaches. Everything is just across the road or round the corner.
The accommodation comprises one master bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds, comfortably sleeps 4. The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment overlooked by the Colline de Château and so benefit from a view of Mediterranean foliage and quiet.
There is a shower room and separate toilet. However, the piece de resistence is the pretty lounge with open plan kitchen which opens onto a balcony. From here you will be mesmerised by the breathtaking views, whilst dining al fresco or taking an aperitif on the balcony.

The weather on the Côte d'Azur is fantastic all year round - warm and sunny summers and lovely mild winters with blue skies. The area is renowned for its excellent climate, fantastic food, lovely beaches and fashionable and glamourous resorts.
Nice, unlike the other towns on the Cote D'Azur does not die in Winter. There is always something going on, the Carnival in February, the Tour de France in March, the Jazz festival in July, to mention but a few, and the cafés and streets are always bustling.
Nice / Port of Nice area
Nice is a wonderful city with everything you could hope for - spectacular scenery, museums and galleries, history, great architecture, food, beaches and glamour.
The Promenade des Anglais is the place to go and you can spend leisurely aftenoons people watching at the numerous bars and restaurants along the promenade.
The Pedestrian Zone is a lovely area for strollling and shopping. Vieux Nice is always very vibrant and buzzing with it's narrow streets packed with shops and cafés and the famous fruit and vegetable market where it's a pleasure to choose your daily fayre in ambiance of sunshine and enthusiasm.

From the airport take the Promenade des Anglais and follow it until the end.

Further details outdoors: From here it is easy to take a bus in both directions - to Monaco / Menton and in the other direction to Antibes / Cannes. It is about 15 minutes walk to the train station with easy access to the whole of the Cote D'Azur.
If you prefer not to take public transport, there are two hire car companies within 5 minutes walk.
