A calm and paceful studio (27sq.m) with view on the park. It has a large room with a living area and a sleeping area. It has a separate little kitchen.
The studio is in a beautiful residence with well maintained and lovely park. there is also a gorgeous swimming pool with a poolhouse with cafe/bar/snack and a fantastic view of the Mediterranean sea. It has also 2 tennis courts.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
It's one of the most sunny regions in France. The winter is a mild season in this area.. The region has all the assets to be a touristic place all over the year. It's situated between the sea and the snowy mountains, so there is always something to do.
Along the coast there are some lovely places to visit:
-The Old Antibes and Juan les Pins (20 minutes from Nice): it's a very animated city with plenty restaurants and bars. During the summer the Jazz Festival takes place in the streets
- Also within 20 minutes driving There is Saint Paul de Vence a beautiful little village where some famous people use to have their holidays.
- 30 minutes driving you have Monaco, Cannes and in front of Cannes there are two lovely islands to visit : Lerins Islands (10 minutes crossing by boat)

What's interesting to visit in Nice? - The Old Nice and Cours Saleya isa very animated place with restaurants and a good nightlife.
-Place Massena which is not far from all the luxury shops
- The Castel and it's garden where you get a beautiful and panoramic view of the city
-A lso Cimiez and Matisse Museum.
-The famous Promenade des Anglais
