A perfect apartment for those wishing seeking extra comfort and convenience to all Nice has to offer. You can easily get to all the country areas such as Grasse, Antibes, and Valbonne as well as Cannes (30 minutes by train); Monaco (10 minutes by train or 20 minutes by bus).
The building is a classical Grande Epoc design and is North facing for a cooler time of iot during high Summer although there is air conditioning to assist. Rue de France is one block away from the beach and comprises an exciting shopping road. There is a English cinema just one block away and some of the best restaurants in Nice. This street is a main pedestrian shopping avenue and Avenue Jean Medicine is just minutes away where the silent tram system takes you over to the lively Old Town in seconds. Rue de France is your ideal choice for access to everything Nice has to offer.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

The city of Nice is the regional capital of the Cote d'Azur on the Mediterranean coast of southern France, and is a very popular holiday destination for travellers wanting to visit the region. Quartiers Musiciens
Situated between the bustling Avenue Jean Medecin and the ever-fashionable Carre D'Or, the Quartier Musiciens is well located and perfect for those who want a stylish residential quarter without the associated high prices.

Named after famous musicians, such as Mozart and Verdi, this area is suburban heaven. The buildings display very similar characteristics to the nearby belle epoque, bourgeois and art-deco style Carre D'Or. Large windows and wooden floors are to be found in many of the apartments here. A more subtle type of wealthy resident, such as the eloquent French retiree, dwells in this quarter.

There is an abundance of beautiful parks in this area, such as the fabulous Parc d'Alsace-Lorraine on the western fringes of the quarter. Apart from some excellent restaurants, nightlife is scarce. This area is strictly for those who want a quieter neighbourhood.

Although similar in ways to the Carre D'Or, the Quartier Musiciens gives greater size for your money. Apartments tend to be large, a testament to the general affluence of the area when it was constructed in the 1920s and 1930s.

This area is perfect for those who want central locations, beautiful and quiet surroundings and less extravagant prices. Unique, belle-epoque apartments, while plentiful in this area, are relatively few in the city as a whole. This area is good for long-term capital appreciation investments.

The furnishings are stylish; the apartment is soft and tranquil; you can sit byb the window for the whole day if you wish and watch the world go by. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine located in a utility room. There is a bed-foa of excellent quality ensuring a good nights sleep. This being a pedestrian zone, you will find that noise comes from soft chattering pedestrians below rather than traffic.
There is a dining area which accommodates 4 diners and the TV provides French channels with a DVD facility.

Rue de france is an exciting pedestrian shopping road in front of the apartment building and leads to some of the most exclusive clothing shops on rue Paradise with further designer shops leading up to Place Massena where you find palm tree lined parks facing the Promenade des Anglais beach. In fact the beach is literally round the corner from the apartment and under 50 yards walk. There is an English speaking cinema (the Rialto) just along the road with many restaurants on the way. The silent tram system takes you all over the North and South of Nice and you may walk over to the lively Old Town in minutes and this can be reached on Place Massena just a few minutes walk away.
