This huge 3 bedroom apartment in the centre of Nice has superb triple aspects (south-west-north), and is located in a very central position just off the main Place Massena, close to the Promenade des Anglais, old town & beaches. On the 4th floor (with lift) of a well-maintained and secure residence, it makes a great base from which to explore Nice.
Offering approximately 150 sq metres of living space it comprises a vast modern kitchen, dining terrace, cosy living room, three bedrooms each with balcony, two bathrooms, and further independent WC. Overlooking the central gardens planted with Mediterranean flora, it also has the possibility of a private parking place within the residence.
Downstairs you'll find a wealth of cafes, bars, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions right on your doorstep. It's just a 15 minute drive from the airport and has access to all forms of transport – trams, buses, train and bicycle hire.
It has a maximum occupancy of 6 people (plus babies) and would be perfect for a family or group of friends holidaying together.
Living room: stylishly-furnished with large, modern corner-sofa in beautiful white leather, coffee table, large flat-screen TV (satellite), fireplace and cosy computer area in one corner.
Kitchen: superb feature of this apartment! It's very modern and well-equipped with oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer and washing machine. This large room also has dining table & chairs for 6 people and doors out to a large dining terrace.
Bedrooms: three in total, each with its own private balcony! The master bedroom has double bed (160 wide), en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. In the other bedrooms, one has double bed (140 wide) and the other two singles.
Bathrooms: two in total, plus one independent WC in the entrance hall. The master en-suite has an over-bath shower, washbasin and WC. The other bedrooms both share a bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
Outside: there's a large dining terrace off the kitchen, equipped with dining table & chairs and with views over the central gardens. A private parking place can be made available within the residence, with a small supplement of 60 Euros per week – please enquire.
Swimming pool: not available here but the beach is very nearby; there's also a municipal swimming pool in Nice.

Sightseeing is endless; you have the Old Town of Nice, The Port of Nice, The Promenade des Anglais, the towns of Villefranche-sur-Mer and Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Cap Ferrat and its zoo, the perched village of Eze, the principality of Monaco and the Italian border town of Menton. It is also possible to cross over the border to experience a flavour of Italy.
Other entertainment includes shopping, casinos & nightlife, theatre, cinema, helicopter rides, boat trips, or just a good old day relaxing on the beach.
Local shops, restaurants and boulangeries can be found in abundance on your doorstep and a supermarket nearby. There are also department stores and designer shops nearby and many gift shops in the nearby Old Town of Nice.
Local markets are held in the “Cours Saleya” in Old Nice, approximately 500 metres away.
Sporting activities in the area are abundant– there is golf, tennis, horse riding, fishing, water sports & the beach, jet skis, sailing and roller blading. You are also in very close proximity to the mountains and hills of the Alpes Maritimes region here, which makes walking and cycling very popular.
Beaches can be found very close-by on The Promenade des Anglais.
The ski stations of Valberg, Isola 2000 and Auron are just over 1 hour's drive away if you fancy a couple of days winter sports!
Getting around is very easy from here - you have the new tram system, the main train terminal in Nice for trains along the coast, coaches which take you to many destinations including the airport, and a local bus network to explore the coast, towns and villages. A car is not required here.
