The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

The apartment is located at the start of the Bas Corniche - bld Carnot - with Nice Port, plage beach sea 300 metres away, Villefranche 1 km, Monaco grand prix 10 km, Cannes film festival 20 kms, old Vieux Nice 500 metres. Surrounded by beautiful Belle Epoque villas with restaurants shops pretty much everything at your feet, including a large supermarket open 7 days. High enough up the foot of Mont Boron to sea over the rooftops, yet close enough to town to actually walk everywhere! Knowing short cuts like the Voie Rapide means the airport is 10 mins away, and the ski fields 85 mins.

All major car rental agencies (directly at the airport) but you can also catch a bus or train to the apartment...

...A car really isn't important for this property, as absolutely everything in Nice is walking distance.

The sofa bed in the lounge room can be quickly and easily opened or closed, and faces South with direct access to the terrace and loggia, and West for setting sun.

Although a gentle climb and accessible for the elderly, it is not one you want to make 20 times a day. Over a dozen cats roam free, so please make sure any dog you may bring can tolerate them!
