This charming two-bedroom apartment is 10 minutes walk to the beach, close to the Negresco Hotel on the Promenade des Anglais. The apartment is spacious and the total area is over 80 square meters. The apartment is on the fifth floor, with elevator.
The price includes cable TV, sheets, towels, water, mobile phone for incoming calls and also includes up to two hours cleaning at the end of your stay. We have also tried to provide most of the things you need on holiday and there is a hairdryer, iron, table fans in all rooms, sun loungers on the balcony.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
The apartment is under 10 minutes walk to the beach and the station. Restaurants, shops and markets are five minutes walk. If you know the Negresco, one of the world’'s most famous hotels, then your walk to the beach takes you past this landmark.
One of the best ways to see the Riviera is by train. Visit Monaco, Antibes or Villefranche or the Friday morning market in Ventimillia just across the border into Italy. You could also hop on the train to the lemon festival in nearby Menton in February or the Cannes film festival and Monaco Grand Prix in May.
The nearest ski resort is 60 km from Nice at GREOLIERES (1400 to 1800 m)
Nice / Central Nice area
The apartment is in the heart of Musiciens, a part of central Nice with street names such as Rossini, Verdi and Mozart. This part of Nice was built in the thirties and the apartment is in one of many art deco buildings sprinkled around this district. The apartment is close to the beautiful Alsace-Lorraine Square, with its statues, wonderful trees and great facilities for kids.
Around the corner from the apartment (junction of Rue Rossini and Gambetta) the restaurant L'Occitanie serves great food at reasonable prices. It’s increasingly popular so be sure to reserve your table. The Old Town market is a must – the flower market is open every day except Mondays when the antiques market takes over. Don’t forget the town’s flower festival every February.
The nearby Rialto cinema (Rue Rivoli) shows films in English – take note: the cheap night is every Monday. For museum lovers, admission is free on the first Sunday of each month. Three or four-day passes are also available for seven of the city’s largest museums.

Further details indoors: There are two double bedrooms and the apartment can sleep a family of up to five people. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage. Both rooms also have French windows with original shutters. Ceiling fan in main bedroom.
There’s a large open lounge with two sets of French doors leading onto the terrace, ideal for eating out and enjoy the sun.
There is one single fold-out mattress bed and also one single airbed.

'This has been one of our best experiences staying in a holiday let. Nicola has been incredibly helpful in making sure all was as smooth as could be and in providing information and assistance. The apartment itself is in a great location for a wide range of uses, from using the beach to exploring the city centre and the old town. The apartment works; by this I mean it is well equipped, furnished well and comfortably, is spacious and easily managed, even with young children; this straightforwardness allows one to get on with the important business of being on holiday.
