The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of the Musiciens, not far from the amenities of Boulevard Gambetta and also the train station. There are good supermarkets, bakeries and delis in the immediate vicinity, and from here, the extensive Liberation food market is only about a 15 minute walk, you'll effortlessly slip straight into the French way of life.
A gentle stroll brings you to the prestigious Boulevard Victor Hugo, an impressive tree lined street boasting the best of French architectural grandeur and several bus links to other parts of the city and the neighbouring towns.
From the apartment it's a twelve minute saunter to the Beach and Promenade, and Pedestrian Zone with its swanky shops, hip wine bars and classy restaurants. The picturesque Old Town is a leisurely 20 minute stroll and to reach the Port and Castle Hill will take about 30 minutes on foot.
The train station is five minutes on foot from the apartment, and one of the airport shuttle buses (the 99) goes from right in front of the station.For the more adventurous, take advantage of the first class transport links and head over to Monaco, Cannes or some of the beautiful medieval villages by train. The Riviera is your oyster!
