The apartment is situated on the 1st floor (10 steps) and at the rear and side of the building and therefore very quiet – It is immaculately furnished throughout and the bedroom has a King size (5 ft) bed and luxury pillows. It has an en suite showerroom and separate toilet. The lounge is very cosy and bright with 2 double doors leading a small West facing balcony (evening sun and ideal for a glass of wine) it also has a double sofa/bed Tv with English Sat chanels (BBC, ITV, Sky news etc) and Video (with videos) It has a fully equipped American kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Nice and with everything you could need to make your stay memorable.
