How to get there
The apartment has a good sea view and also of the beach and is on the 6th floor just beside the Promenade des Anglais and the Radisson Hotel. The location of the apartment is number 45 Le Parvis de la Mer, 148 avenue de la Californie 06200 Nice. The number 23 bus from Terminal 1 at Nice Airport stops right outside the apartment complex. Ask the bus driver to set down at the stop Saint Hélène in rue Californie (opposite the Radisson Hotel) We can also arrange a meet- and- greet service at the airport. Ryan Air fly from Dublin to Nice from November 7th for 0 cent each way. Aerlingus.com do daily flights to Nice and have a special price mid week from as little as 23 Euro 1 way. Kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. . The attractively-furnished bedroom with french windows also has a sea view and small terrace. Free parking space is secure in the underground garage. Another 2 apartment (but with a separate kitchen opening onto a balcony) is also available on 2nd floor and 5th floor with the same high-standard furnishings. This apartment could be helpful for larger groups.
Further details outdoors: The apartment is south-facing with sun chairs a dining table and chairs. The sun shines on the balcony from 9.00am - 3pm all year round. The Radisson Hotel restaurant on the rooftop is a must with a panoramic view of the Promenade des Anglais and the Baie des Anges (Bay of Angels).. A beautiful Catholic Church is next door and Mass is at 1800h each evening. Location in Av Californie is well supplied with shops/cafes/restaurants/takeaways/supermarkets.Coach transport is outside the front door of the complex. To the west of the apartment about 15 minutes walk is the famous Phoenix Botanical Parc and beautiful recent ly built Oriental Art Museum in the centre of the Parc lake. East of the apartment is the famous centre and old town.
