This unique little studio apartment is the perfect summer studio in Nice located only 200 meters from Promenade des Anglais and beach and 200 meters from Nice's main pedestrian zone and many shops and restaurants. The studio is on the 5th floor (top floor) with lift. On entry to the apartment you have a small kitchen area (fully equipped) and then a large king size bed and a shower-room. The stunning aspect is the 15 meter roof terrace - which is fully furnished with tables and sun loungers and umbrella (there is also an outdoor fridge and washing machine) and plenty of plants - the south facing terrace has 270 degree views of mountains and rooftops and is very secluded. Whilst the studio itself is small but compact at approx 15 meters - it has been completely refurbished throughout and has all the facilities including falt screen TV, small stereo and fitted air-conditioning unit - but without doubt the stunning aspect is the unique terrace. This would be ideal for a yound couple or single person who wishes to enjoy the benefit of super sunbathing terrace.
