A really excellent 1 bedroom apartment in a great location right in the heart of Nice. 100 metres from the world renowned Gallery Lafyette department store and new pedestrian square of Place Massena in central Nice, only 2 Minutes from beach. This 2nd floor air conditioned apartment is very bright and light and very charming. On entry there is a spacious living room with 1 set of french windows, opening floor to ceiling, overlooking the atrium roof of a bookshop therefore it is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment has the benefit of sun from morning until late afternoon. There is a quality double sofa bed - a dining table and chairs - high quality large flat screen TV, DVD and CD Stereo. The open planned kitchen area is fully equipped - with fridge freezer, washer- 4 ring hob - also with kettle, toaster, dinner service and glasses. From the living area the door leads you to the bedroom which also offers 1 set of french windows floor to ceiling, a high quality double bed, chest of drawers and mirror, shower room and toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room which cools the apartment in less then 5 mins and works as a heater during the winter - This lovely apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with many unique features and surrounds and is ideal for a couple looking for a great central base for a holiday in Nice.
