Fantastic Location, 30 Seconds from Cours Saleya (perfectly placed for Food Lovers!), 1 Min From Beaches!!!
Sleeps 2 (One bedroom apartment) - Free wifi
In the southern part of the Old Town of Nice (but only 500 meters from the bus terminal, 250 meters from the harbour, 20 minutes taking from the airport and a few minutes from railways stations – Nice Ville and Nice Riquier), this perfectly positioned comfortable and recently renovated apartment is a 30 seconds stroll from the Cours Saleya -the very heart of NICE with its famous flowers, fruit /vegetable, antique markets and its numerous cafés/pubs/restaurants - and just 60 seconds walk from the beaches of the fantastic Promenade des Anglais. The site has been renovated last year including brand new plumbing and electrics. The independent kitchen and the surprisingly roomy bathroom are also brand new and high quality. The bathroom shower tray is one of largest that could be fitted in this space. A perfect proof that you can live with today's hi-technology in the yesterday's Old Nice. You will nevertheless have to go down thirty steps to go to bring back, from the bakery of the corner, the morning "croissants" or opposite, to savour the best ice creams of the region by Maitre Fenocchio.
A real “nest of love” in the “Coeur de Nice” (the heart of Nice)

The French Riviera - Cote d'Azur region
The Côte d'Azur polarises opinions like few other places in France. For some, it is the quintessential Mediterranean playground – the glamour queen of the coast – for others, it has become almost a parody of its image, an overdeveloped expensive victim of its own hype.
But in the gaps between the uncontrolled and often eclectic developments, and on the offshore islands, the remarkable beauty of the hills and land's edge, the scent of the plant life, the mimosa blossom in February and the impossibly blue water after which the coast is named, the Côte d'Azur remains undeniably captivating. The chance to see the works of innumerable artists seduced by the land and light also justifies the trip: Cocteau in Menton and Villefranche, Matisse and Chagall in Nice and Vence, Léger in Biot, Picasso in Antibes and Vallauris, and collections of Fauvists and Impressionists at St-Tropez and Hauts-de-Cagnes. And it must be said that Monaco and Cannes, places you either love or hate, certainly have an entertainment value, while the two great cities of Marseille and Nice have their own special magnetism.
The city of Nice is located on the French Riviera in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. Blessed by a sunny, temperate climate, Nice attracts visitors from around the world. Among its many attractions are its beautiful beaches, lovely seaside promenade, interesting museums, famous city landmarks and other tourist attractions.Nice is a major air transportation hub in Europe. Several low-cost airlines offer frequent flights to the Nice Cote d'Azur Airport from London, Paris and other cities. A high-speed rail service operates to Paris to Nice.Public transportation includes a tram system, ferry service and transit service. Day excursions are available from Nice to Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Monte Carlo, Cannes and to other towns.
