Large, modern, comfortable and cosy apartment ( 105 m² ) of 3 bedrooms, totally refurbished and refurnished in 2006 which sleeps up to 9 people ( and we can have you free a bed for baby )
2 bathrooms, 2 wc, a great kitchen, 1 living, 2 bedrooms, 1 small for 2 kids, private lift........at the 5 th and last floor. Its neverending terraces ( 95 m²) will offer you on the front splendid views all over the city and the sea, on the back, views of the hills and the mountains. The bathroom with the view of the sea has been totally refurbihed in 09/2007.
Less than 10 minutes walk you ' ll reach the beach ( Promenade des Anglais ). Walking along and all around a myriad of all kind of restaurants of different food where you ' ll eat on terrace around the clock. In the surrounding streets plenty of food stores, outdoor and indoor markets (vetgetables, fruits, cheeses, fishes... ) bakeries, butchers, take out food, coffee shops and so on ...(pedestrian streets...)

The rental rate does not include bed-linen & bath towels ( 10 € each people ) and cleaning service ( 50 € for 5 hours of labour ). A 40% down payment is required at the time of booking and the remaining ( 60% ) on arrival. You can book with PayPal A security deposit of 500 € is required which is refunded within two weeks of your departure, assuming no damages have been incurred. Location from Saturday to Saturday on hight season and Xmas / New year. Flexible, the other months. Bookings within for weeks period require full payment. Payment is usually by PayPal, bank transfer or cash. Generally bookings are on a weekly basis but shorter stays are possible. Please, contact us. Arrival after 16h00 Departure by 11h00

Guestbook for PENTHOUSE "The Great View"
We LOVED this apartment!!! 6 of us stayed a week before my wedding to relax and enjoy the sunshine and atmosphere of beautiful Nice. The apartment is located in a convenient yet quiet and secure location- a few minutes walk to the beach via a private track and a 10 minute bus ride/ or 30 minute walk to the centre of Nice- Cours Saleya. There is a supermarket close by for all of your cooking and drinking needs (including some great french wines!). The kitchen in the apartment is very user friendly and we enjoyed several gourmet meals on the veranda with produce selected at the Nice Flower Markets. The view from the terrace is AMAZING and there is plentiful sun all day long due the the front and rear terraces and there are lovely sea breezes. If you are lucky enough to stay in the master bedroom you will wake up to breathtaking views every morning but all the bedrooms are comfortable including the pull out bed in the lounge. The apartment is spacious and equipped to suit all your guests- with 2 luxurious bathrooms and a lift that opens up straight into the apartment! The owner is very friendly and helpful- he has provided a book with maps, bus timetables, and other very useful information and can answer any questions you have. One tip would be that if you have quite a bit of luggage (as we did) take a taxi to the apartment as it is up a steep hill- worth it for the beautful view. "This apartment was perfect and we hope to return. It is very beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet and extremely well equipped for several people to stay. The views are more stunning than the website photos portray and the huge terraces enable you to enjoy the view over the whole Baie des Anges and Nice. The apartment is well located and whilst you can easily walk into the old town (about 30 minutes), there is also a bus that stops virtually outside the apartment block and this runs regularly. The apartment has good access to supermarkets and boulangeries and is also a five minute walk to the Musée des Beaux Arts which is definitely worth a visit. We agree with other renters that it is sensible to take a taxi when you first arrive as the apartment is at the top of a hill but there is a lift directly into the apartment so there is no problem at all once you arrive.
