Its neverending terraces ( 95 m²) will offer you on the front splendid views all over the city and the sea, on the back, views of the hills and the mountains. The bathroom with the view of the sea has been totally refurbihed in 09/2007.
Less than 10 minutes walk you ' ll reach the beach ( Promenade des Anglais ). Walking along and all around a myriad of all kind of restaurants of different food where you ' ll eat on terrace around the clock. In the surrounding streets plenty of food stores, outdoor and indoor markets (vetgetables, fruits, cheeses, fishes... ) bakeries, butchers, take out food, coffe shops and so on...(pedestrian streets...)

The rental rate does not include bed-linen, bath towels (50€). From 01/10/2008, a cleaning service is included, the departure day. A 40% down payment is required at the time of booking and the remaining ( 60% ) on arrival. A security deposit of 500 € is required which is refunded within two weeks of your departure, assuming no damages have been incurred. Location from Saturday to Saturday on hight season and Xmas /New year. Flexible, the other months. Bookings within for weeks period require full payment. Payment is usually by bank transfer or cash. Generally bookings are on a weekly basis but shorter stays are possible. Please, contact us. Arrival after 16h00 Departure by 10h00
