Whilst you will find you have no need to move from here you are on the Côte D'Azur so get out and about. A twenty minutes drive you will find yourself in the Principality of Monaco and by the famous Monte Carlo Casino playground to the rich and famous from the world or motor racing films and music. Then to the east just half an hour you are in Cannes famous for it s film festival. This area offers so much all year round not only beaches and blue seas but one anda half hours away you will have the choice of five ski resorts and in a region where there are twenty golf courses. You are just ten minutes from the beaches and the centre of town whilst being secure and peaceful in the privacy of the house where you will not be overlooked. The home offers all you need with its games and tv: cinema room (sky tv) bar and pool table and outside beautiful gardens and the large pool and hot tub jacuzzi add to the pleasure and there is a barbecue to really enjoy the nights on the terrace.

the Monaco formula one grand prix will be 6000 euros for the week

rates may differ subject to certain events or congresses or holidays that may take place in the region

Cancellation must be in writing at least FIVE weeks before arrival dates for full return of deposit

Cancellation under five weeks before will result in a loss of half the deposit..

Cancellation three weeks or less before in writing the whole deposit will be withheld.
