About the home

This lovely sunny 1 bedroom apartment - in a super location 50 meters from Promenade des Anglais and beach and 2 mins from Pedestrian zone. This 3rd floor apartment (with lift) has been completely refurbished throughout to a very high standard. The large livingroom has sofabed, flat screen TV with a very sunny aspect - double glass doors open onto a large balcony (that runs length of apartment) the balcony faces east and gets the morning//lunchtime sun and gives the opportunity to look south and view the promenade and sea. The bedroom has a kingsize luxury double bed cupboards and doors onto balcony. The separate kitchen is completely new - with full facilities including, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and large fridge/freezer. The shower-room has a stunning walk-in double shower and double handbasins. The balcony has table and chairs and is ideal for sitting-out on and watching the world go by. There is double glazing and airconditioning throughout. The is a high quality apartment in prestigious area - an ideal base for a couple coming to Nice.

Located in Southern Europe at the south eastern corner of France, Nice nestles between the Alps, Provence, Corsica and Italy. This privileged city stands on an exceptional natural site at the heart of the French Riviera. It stretches over a coastal plain southward onto the Mediterranean, and it is bordered from East to West by a succession of wooded hills. In the background are the Alpine foothills, some of which reach over 9000 ft above sea level. These are only 31 miles away from the coast as the crow flies.

To the west, Cannes is just 25 minutes away on the train, and just an hour from St Tropez. To the East, Monte Carlo is a 25 minute train journey away. It is only around 65 minutes to the Val D'Isere ski resort on the Italian border.

We were really very impressed with the standard of accommodation. The apartment was very clean and had everything one would need for a stay in the wonderful city of Nice. The location of the apartment was great just across the road from the beach, 1 minute walk to a boulangerie, 5 mins walk to a small supermarket and just 10 mins walk to Cours Saleya which is right in the heart of the old town. We really couldn’t have had a better location. I would highly recommend this apartment to a couple or group of friends

This was our second time using Go-Nice, Thanks ever so much for such a lovely apartment yet again with everything you need for your stay and in such a peak location, very close to the beach and the main restaurant area, also close enough to walk to the train station and bus station. The apartment was lovely, very modern and clean, the air con was an added bonus as we had a very hot week in Nice, we stayed there with our 2 children who slept on the sofa bed in the lounge, the apartment was ideal for a fantastic weeks holiday. Thanks ever so much Paul for coming to our rescue late on the Sunday night when we accidentally locked ourselves out, we really appreciate what you did for us and it was a pleasure to meet such a nice man!!

The situation can not be better, you’re in 2 minutes on the beach and in 5 minutes in the centre of Nice, really cool.

We were 9 days at Le Neptune in June. The condo was even nicer and larger than it looked on the site. Location was perfect - could spend time at beach, come back and cool off in air conditioning and be out shopping in an afternoon. Everything was close. Easy walk to Cours Saleya in morning for fruit and flowers. Place was very clean and well equipped and lots of information available in bookcase. Had to call Paul with question on washing machine and he was there within the hour. Great place to do day trips from and easy to walk down to from train station. I booked this from Vancouver, Canada and was a bit nervous but would book again without hesitation.

Le Neptune is a great apartment, better than seen in the internet. Location couldn’t be better, just a few min walk to everywhere you wanted to go and the apartment was fully equipped and very clean and tidy. Every morning we had our breakfast on the balkony with a view to the sea. Company service was excellent, and we want to send special thanks to Paul who was very helpful and polite, a pity we didn’t meet him. We look forward to visiting Nice again and know now where to rent the apartment.

Great location!!!! The apartment is very close to the beach and short walking distance to rue de France. You can easily walk to the old town. The apartment is very well furnished and has everything you could need. It has a very nice, modern kitchen and bathroom. The Go-Nice agency was terrific. They did everything they said they would, communicated with us promptly, and made the check-in/check-out process very simple. The agency is readily available, very responsive, and quiet friendly. Thanks, Paul and Merilyn, for helping us have a wonderful vacation in Nice.

WONDERFUL TIME! The apartment had everything we needed for a great vacation in Nice. It was a short hop, skip and jump away from the beach. All instructions in regards to key details were far too easy. From the moment we got off the plane, got the key, jumped on the bus, the next thing we knew we were at the apartment. The apartment was very clean, we loved sitting on the balcony and being able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. excellent location. Would definatley recommend to family and friends…
