This stunning 4th floor transversant 1 bedroom apartment has been completely refurbished throughout to a highly luxurious standard. Centrally located in the residential area of Nice in the ‘Musiciens Quarter’ it is in a very good location, close to all the main attractions as well as offering a French ambiance of Belle Époque living. On entering the apartment (on 4rd floor with lift) you arrive in the hallway (with stunning chandelier) and to your left you have the living-room and kitchen. The living-room is beautifully furnished and decorated – from the living-room you have a sunny balcony which overlooks the quiet rear gardens A large flat screen TV (with english channels, BBC world, sky news etc) and free of charge high speed internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine/dishwasher/oven, microwave and all appliances. The bathroom has a large corner bath (with shower attachment) and off the hallway there is a separate toilet closet. The spacious bedroom has again been beautifully furnished and has a luxury king-size bed and access to the front balcony that catches the morning sun – a perfect setting for coffee and croissants (there is a new toshiba air-conditioning unit fitted in bedroom). This is a perfect high quality apartment ideal for a couple looking to enjoy a traditional and elegant style of living. There are plenty of local shops and quality restaurants and local cafes – whilst being approx 5 mins walk to the promenade and beach and downtown central Nice.

Located in Southern Europe at the south eastern corner of France, Nice nestles between the Alps, Provence, Corsica and Italy. This privileged city stands on an exceptional natural site at the heart of the French Riviera. It stretches over a coastal plain southward onto the Mediterranean, and it is bordered from East to West by a succession of wooded hills. In the background are the Alpine foothills, some of which reach over 9000 ft above sea level. These are only 31 miles away from the coast as the crow flies.

Situated in the Musicians Quarter of Nice the apartment is located in Rue Verdi, which is approx 500 meters from the main Railway Station (Nice Gare SNCF) and approx 600 meters to the Promenade des Anglais and beach.
It is therefore ideally located either for exploring the region, lazing on the beach or shopping in the main Avenue Jean Medecin, and old town which is approx a 10 minute walk away.

My husband and I have just returned from the apartment at Palais Alzira, it was marvellous, it is the first time we have booked an apartment we usually stay in hotels, but were delighted with the service at booking, key collection procedure and indeed the VERY high quality of the apartment.It lacked for nothing.We will book again through this company.

My wife and I concur with many of the other excellent comments about the Palais Alzira apartment and the arrangements at the airport for key collection etc. GO NICE provide an excellent back up service and are very helpful. As with many others we would also seek to use them to book again.

NICE is a great place to visit. The old town is marvelous and the street entertainment rivals Covent Garden. If you do decide to visit take some time to understand the bus system. It is extremely cheap (4 euros a day unlimited travel that even includes nearby resorts such as Cannes and Monte Carlo) and of a very high standard.
