A lovely bright and airy south facing 1 bedroom corner apartment, perfectly situated just off the Rue de France, only 200metres from the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais.
The apartment is in a great central location with bars restaurants bakers and supermarket in the doorstep. It is a 10/15min walk along the promenade to the old town and Cours Saleya where flower and vegetable markets are held every day. (Why not rollerblade or cycle along in the morning for your fresh pasta and olives.)

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with access by lift)
It has an open plan kitchen and living area with a breakfast bar and seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, cooker hob and microwave oven. The lounge sofas can convert into a king-sized and 2 single beds. It has a t.v. dvd player and stereo system.
The bedroom is well furnished with king sized bed, bedside tables and lots of wardrobe space. There is a spacious shower room with w.c. bidet, washroom basin (vanity unit) and shower cubicle.
There is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a laundrette situated two blocks east on the Rue de France.

The Nice / Central Nice area
Nice is the perfect holiday destination. It has a wonderfully mild climate all year round, yet the proximity of the Alpes, means that you can ski in the morning and spend the afternoon sunbathing on the beach.
Nice has a very efficient public transport system and Monaco. St. Tropez, Antibes, Italy and Corsica are just a short distance away. Nice is very rich in history and culture and there is always something to do, no matter the time of year. The Nicois are a very friendly people who love the outdoor life and celebrations, with jazz festivals, the nice carnival, Christmas fair, Castellada festival, Cannes film festival and Monaco Grand Prix being a few of the popular attractions.
Nice offers something for everyone - there is plenty to keep you occupied whether you love to sun and bathe from the beach, eat from the myriad of local restaurants, the nightlife is vibrant and lively. Museums, art galleries or shopping for a more relaxed pastime.

I stayed in Vanina on three occasions - twice at the end of June beginning of July and once in October. It was a hit every time. The location is fabulous - close to the promenade yet away from main road traffic. The Old Town is a very managable 15 minute walk away. The airport bus is around the corner. The apartment itself is perfect and is like being at home away from home - everything needed is at hand. I was especially taken by the rather private balcony - an eye to the world and a sun trap during the day. I always found the apartment to be spotless and well cared for - the TV, DVD and CD players excellent additions especially when I took my niece on one trip. Having spent two occasions on my own I valued the secure feel of the apartment itself and the block as a whole. All shops required are minutes away. I wil definately return there on my next visit to Nice. |

Lovely spacious flat, security entrance. Close to the beach and local ammenities, good bus service within walking distance. Train station approx 15 - 20 minute walk away. Great base for exploring the area and going to the F1 grand prix. Owner very helpful and prompt answering e-mails and text messages. |

Apartment Vanina is in a secure,gated,small block and ideally sitauted 3 minutes walk from Promenade with its beaches and restaurants.The airport bus stops just around the corner as do all buses to local areas.The apartment is like a home away from home: every convenience you could hope for.The balcony is a sun-trap and you could sit there all day but the lure of local bars and restaurants minutes away is sometimes too much of a temptation!! I have enjoyed the freedom that the apartment and all its facilities has to offer so much that i have booked my 4th visit for July this year.My 16 year old niece loved the apartment and its location so much that she is coming back with me this year...beaches,bars,restaurants and fantastic supermarket almost on your doorstep...what more could you ask for? |

We offer discounts for booking of more than 2 weeks and rates for short breaks can be arranged on request. Long-term rentals also considered. A damage/cancellation charge of £50 is payable and this will be returned as soon as possible following the rental period, once the property has been found in good condition.
