Great central location beside the sea, less than a minutes walk of the beach and within 225m of world renowned Negresco Hotel. The apartment is located in a quiet street just off the Promenade des Anglais
Large terrace with sun canopy with superb views of sea and promenade but without the noise and pollution of the promenade. Terrace is fully furnished to facilitate dining and sunbathing and is accessed by double doors from the spacious sitting room.. The charming double bedroom is situated in the quiet of the back of the building. The apartment has recently been redecorated and is furnished with quality period style furniture. The kitchen is modern and new appliances recently installed.

Great selection of shops and restaurants close by with pleasant brasserie a few yards away.

It is the first building in a street connecting the Promenade with Rue de France. The apartment has a large terrace in front and a balcony at the back.

The apartment is a large one bedroom with a total area of 77 sq meters - 54 internal and 23 external.

Modern lift provides access to apt.
€250 booking deposit (high season), €200 other months to secure apartment. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. The booking deposit is non refundable and guests are advised to arrange appropriate holiday insurance, which should include cancellation and curtailment cover.
€200 security/damage deposit payable which will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to satisfactory property inspection.


The apartment is particularly suited to a couple but it can accommodate a third guest for which a supplement will apply.

Nice is a fantastic location and is universally known as the Queen of the Riveria, great climate, lovely restaurants, nice shops. Perfect location for exploring the Cote D,Azur. Excellent train service runs along the coast serving renown locations such as Monaco, Ventimilia Italy, Cannes.The nearest ski resort is just 1 hour away.

The Nice / Promenade des Anglais area

Walk the famous Promenade des Anglais in the early morning (just 40 metres away), lunch at any of the numerous beach restaurants or at the friendly bistro on the corner. Take a bus from the nearby stop (either side of the apt) to the beautiful historic towns of Venice or St Paul. Take a 20 min trip from the local railway station to Monaco or go in the opposite direction on a 20 minute trip to Cannes. Visit the numerous museums and cafes. Enjoy festivals all year round such as the famous flower festival and the jazz festival.

“apartment with a wonderfull sea view” In august 2012 my husband and I rented this apartment for 90 days. This apartment was charming and decorated with quality. It is located close to the airport (15 minutes) and next to the promenade... more Response: Thank you very much for your kind remarks. I am very glad that you enjoyed your stay in our apartment. Just one issue with your review, no doubt a typo, your stay was, of course, for 9 days not 90.

“Charming Apartment with great sea view” My husband and I spent a wonderful week in this charming apartment. It is spacious and well fitted out and we made great use of the marvellous terrace, treating it as our room outside. When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine in the fridge and also some toiletries in the bathroom. It is about 10 mins walk to pedestrianised zone and 20 mins to the old town and this location suited us perfectly but may not suit younger tourists who want to be in the middle of the action. “Apartment gem with an amazing sea view” My husband and I have stayed twice in this apartment and we are hoping to stay again this summer. The location is fantastic right beside the promenade. The apartment has a lovely French charm to it with chandeliers and glass panelled doors and a modern tasteful kitchen (although I have to admit that we didn't cook there very often as there are so many restaurants around to choose from.) We flew to Nice airport and then took the bus to the apartment. It takes about 15 minutes and the bus stop is around the corner from the apartment. We were greeted by a friendly lady who checked us in and told us about the various restaurants etc. near by. We were quite hungry after the early flight so bought some fresh bread, cheeses etc at the local shop and ate these on the fabulous terrace.  The apartment has 2 terraces and the one at the front of the apartment is huge with a fantastic view of the sea. We seemed to spend hours out there both times we went to the apartment relaxing, looking at the sea and trying to see the boats in the distance. It's also nice to sit out on a warm evening with some candles and a bottle of wine! My husband and I love swimming, however I have never been a big fan of carrying loads of towels, parasols, mats etc. to the beach. We found a beach near the apartment called Hi beach. For a small fee you can rent a sun lounger/ parasol/ towel etc. The beach is divided in 3 and has different zones depending if you would like to relax or listen to dance music. My husband and I definitely wanted to relax so we went to the relax zone each time. I really liked the cocktails and the snacks. The portions are quite big so we usually ordered one panini and salad between the two of us. With all the fabulous food on offer I started to feel slightly guilty but found that you can rent bikes around the corner from the apartment, so we went for cycles on the promenade and around Nice. You have to register for Velo Bleu (we did this on their website). You then insert your credit card in the machine when you want to rent a bike. The bikes are free for the first half hour and there are lots of places to hire/ drop them off around Nice. The apartment is a short stroll down the promenade from the old town of Nice. We usually walked in and out each time but if you are like me, I wore a pair of brand new high heels out for dinner that looked amazing when I put them on first but hurt like hell later, it was good to know that the are lots of buses and night buses to/ from the apartment. We hopped on one of the buses back to the apartment and I hobbled back in (thankfully there is a lift to the apartment, I don't think my feet could have taken the stairs!). We both really had a fantastic time and I can't wait to go back!
