Excellent train service runs along the coast serving renown locations such as Monaco, Ventimilia Italy, Cannes. The nearest ski resort is just 1 hour away.
Nice / Promenade des Anglais area
Walk the famous Promenade des Anglais in the early morning (just 40 metres away), lunch at any of the numerous beach restaurants or at the friendly bistro on the corner. Take a bus from the nearby stop (either side of the apt) to the beautiful historic towns of Vence or St Paul. Take a 20 min trip from the local railway station to Monaco or go in the opposite direction on a 20 minute trip to Cannes. Visit the numerous museums and cafes. Enjoy festivals all year round such as the famous flower festival and the jazz festival.

Aer Lingus and Easyjet provide daily service to Nice and often have special promotion offers. Easyjet offer good discount rates for car hire. Apartment is only 7 -10 mins by taxi from airport.

Further details indoors: This 54 sq metre apartment is located in a quiet block (with elevator) , It is the first building in a street leading directly onto the Promenade. It is situated beside C.U.M. (centre Universitaire Mediterraneen) which has a full cultural programme throughout the year. The apartment is traversant , with a large terrace in front and a balcony at the back. During Summer months a cool draught can be created. The large terrace has a table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers. The back balcony has a table and 2 chairs.
Further details outdoors: All the benefits of being adjacent to the promenade and the beach. There are many small shops, supermarkets and restaurants etc. in the immediate vacinity. Apartment is within walking distance of the Zone Pietonne, Ave Jean Medicin shopping and numerous museums and galleries.

We use an English speaking agent resident in Nice who meets our guests on arrival at the apartment. We are flexible about the arrival and departure dates and providing we do not have back to back bookings we are flexible (within reason) about arrival and departure times. The rental cost includes quality cotton sheets and white bath towels.
Conditions
Modern lift provides access to apt. €250 booking deposit (high season), €200 other months to secure apartment. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Guests are advised to arrange appropriate holiday insurance, which should include cancellation and curtailment cover. €200 security/damage deposit payable which will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to satisfactory property inspection.
