This air conditioned studio is ideally placed right in the centre of the Old Town and so close you can see the sea! Take a look at the video on the link below. With its narrow streets and fashionable bars and restaurants, the Old Town is very popular with tourists and the most colourful and interesting quarter of Nice. With pastel coloured buildings, countless shops, bars, bistros, historic buildings, various daily markets and galleries. 5 mins walk to the bus stop and Promenade des Anglais (direct access to the airport), a stone's throw from Cours Saleya market square and beach. Cannes is only 30 mins and in the winter you can be skiing in the mountains just 40 mins away by car! There's great diving from the port just 6 mins walk from the Old Town.

Nice has a lovely pebble beach with great facilities: watersports, rollerblading on the promenade (roller blades provided at apt), showers, cafes etc all very close. Also see the Parc du Phenix, botanical gardens and park near the airport.
