This is a 1 bed apartment. Total 30m area. Separate kitchen. Bathroom.
Very light and airy thanks to 3 good sized windows offering lovely views of the old town and you can even see the sea!

Facilities

Nice has a lovely pebble beach with great facilities: watersports, rollerblading on the promenade (roller blades provided at apt), showers, cafes etc all very close. Also see the Parc du Phenix, botanical gardens and park near the airport.
The area offers great diving right up to November. Several clubs (inc PADI) operate from the port just 6 mins walk. Winter skiing is just 50 mins away by car. Cannes just 30 mins.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Nice is in the heart of France's Cote D'Azur. With its narrow streets and fashionable bars and restaurants, the Old Town is very popular with tourists and the most colourful and interesting quarter of Nice. With pastel coloured buildings, countless shops, bars, bistros, historic buildings, various daily markets and galleries. 5 mins walk to the bus stop and Promenade des Anglais (direct access to the airport), a stone's throw from Cours Saleya market square and beach. Cannes is only 30 mins by scooter or bus, and in the winter you can be skiing in the mountains just 40 mins away by car! There's great diving from the port just 6 mins walk from the Old Town or explore the Cote D'azur on the train or bus, with both stations a short walk away.

The Nice / Vieux Nice area

Nice Madi Gras is just one of the regions famous festivals (Feb) . Close to Cannes for the film festival and Monacco for the racing!

“Perfect location for a stay in Nice!” Yes, a perfect location for a stay in Nice! In the heart of the old town, 50 metres from the famous (and rightly so) Cours Saleya market, and 2 minutes from both the beach and the lively Place Rossetti with its ice cream sellers, restaurants, buskers and impressive cathedral. The apartment is also very handy for the number 98 airport bus, and the new tram service, which will whisk you to the new town or railway station in minutes. It's not the biggest or best appointed apartment I've ever stayed in, but comfortable and functional, and serves as a perfect "home from home" for a week. With the usual amenities of aircon, fridge-freezer, washing machine, powerful shower etc, and fast Wi-Fi thrown in for free, me and my daughter had no complaints. While daughter occupied the bedroom, I found the large sofabed in the living room comfortable and easy to operate. A word of warning for those who are less mobile - there are 64 stairs and no lift. We found doing this 6 or 7 times a day kept us quite fit, but I don't think my mother, for instance, would have been too impressed! Andy, the flat owner, was a pleasure to deal with, and even though I only booked the apartment a couple of days before flying out, everything went very smoothly. We loved Nice, and are already planning a return visit next year. We'd have no hesitation staying here again if it was available, and having stayed in many apartments on many city breaks, that's about as good a recommendation as I can give :)
