The apartment is located on the famous Promenade des Anglais with an uninterrupted view over the Bay of Angels with all its changing colours. Just a short way from the centre of town and the old town of Nice and of course 50 metres from the beach. There are bars, restaurants and shops near the apartment and the airport is just 10 mins away by bus or car. This really is the perfect location for enjoying the sites of Nice and the Riviera with Monaco, St Tropez, Cannes all a short drive away.
The large and airy living/dining room opens onto a 10 m² terrace overlooking the Bay of Angels. 3 tastefully furnished double bedrooms, the third bedroom is a large sofa bed, with 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped separate kitchen with modern appliances. TV, video and DVD players also available and hifi. Private underground garage and cave. Lift.
If you know Nice then you'll appreciate the apartments position, centrally located on the Promenade des Anglais (the only place to be!!) The beach is just 50 metres away and the large balcony has uninterrupted views of the whole bay. The view from the balcony has been captured by many a famous artist and whilst sipping your Gin and tonic you'll appreciate why.

Nice is a busy, bustling city with something for everyone from the bright lights of the city shops, bars , restaurants and clubs to the lure of the water with diving, swimming, boating and sunbathing to the activities of golfing, walking, cycling, sightseeing both in Nice and inland. The carnival in February and the Grand Prix in May are just 2 of the various activities available to go to or you can just relax and do as little as possible. Either way you can expect a wonderful stay and holiday.

Further details indoors: The bright and spacious living area opens out onto a large balcony with stunning views of the Bay of Angels and the beach below. There's comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs for 6 people plus tv, dvd and selection of DVDs and stereo system. There is free WiFi internet access.The fully equipped kitchen is just next door. There is air conditioning in the living area.
There are 3 double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a double sofa bed. The three double bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment looking out onto a quiet, private residential area. The bedrooms are fully equipped with modern furnishings and share two bathrooms. The three bedrooms open out onto a small balcony.
Further details outdoors: The apartment block has a secure entry gate as well as a phone system for visitors and an underground garage plus a cave for storage. If you arrive by car or like to rent a car, we can offer you free of charge our private underground garage, which is inside the building and which can be reached by lift as well. As all garages in the centre of Nice are a luxury and a rarity, you will find out that they are always small; therefore we provide you the exact dimensions of our garage: its width is 249 cm, its length is 677 cm, but please note it might be difficult to access with a big car because the private gate is smaller (width 210 cm x height 185 cm).

We take a 20% deposit to secure reservation and final payment 8 weeks before arrival date. If your stay commences within 8 weeks of your booking date, then the full amount is due on booking.
HIGH SEASON DETAILS:
From May to September there is a minimum booking period of one week, preferred starting/finishing on a Saturday (could be flexible).
LOW SEASON DETAILS:
For the rest of the year there is a three night minimum, starting/finishing any day you like.
For stays of 3-5 nights there is a one-off short stay supplement of €100. This sum is not applied to stays of six nights or more.
Long term winter stays. Our rates are already discounted for the winter season. But if you book three weeks during the November - February period, we'll give you an additional 15.5% discount.

"Excellent apartment We recently stayed for 2 weeks in this spacious apartment that is very well centrally located on the Promenade des Anglais. The three bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment and were very quiet. Wide awake, from the early morning I was sitting on the terrace to see the sun rising, whilst watching the changing colours of the sea. You have stunning views over the whole bay and this is so beautiful! You can see the waves of the sea arriving the beach. You have only to cross the Promenade to be on the beach and to take a fresh dip in the very clear water of the Med. Two weeks are still too short for exploring all that Nice has to offer. Its cultural richness is overwhelming. We also made little excursions to Monaco, Villefranche and Eze. The owner sent us some touristy information by mail, which was very helpfull. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nice and would highly recommend this apartment and we would love to stay here again soon." (Jan Klooster from The Hague, Netherlands)

To have lunch on the balcony in warm sunshine in February takes some beating. Access to buses for trips in or out of town is easy and walking the Prom is a "must".
