The apartment is located on the famous Promenade des Anglais with an uninterrupted view over the Bay of Angels with all its changing colours. Just a short way from the centre of town and the old town of Nice and of course 50 metres from the beach. There are bars, restaurants and shops near the apartment and the airport is just 10 mins away by bus or car. From Menton to St Tropez there are dozens of fantastic towns and villages to visit along this part of the Mediterranean coastline. Then inland you have the beauty of the medieval hilltop village of Eze and delights of Grasse where the perfumes are made. Whatever your holiday needs are they can be catered for on the Cote d'Azur.

The carnival in February and the Grand Prix in May are just 2 of the various activities available to go to or you can just relax and do as little as possible.
