You will be greeted by someone whom will show you around the apartment and hand you keys. Parking is available 50 metres in NCP. Apartment is on the 1 st floor, easily accessible with extra wide stairs. Wooden floors throughout the apartment with marble staircase going into the third bedroom. Large french windows, double glazed with french wooden shutters. Plenty of room for luggage and storage in all the rooms.
If you need cots and high chairs this can be rented from our agent in Nice, also please note that all late checking in into the flat (arrivals after 9pm) will get charged extra E30 euros by the agent.
All the bedrooms have brand new double beds, warderobes and bedsite tables.
Our spacious sittingroom has views of French life outside.
Overall a very spacious, comfortable and modern apartment.
No smoking. No Pets.

Nice is situated in the South East corner of France bordering the Mediterranean Sea. To the left of Nice is a 30 min journey to Cannes and to the right of Nice is a 20 minute journey to Monaco. Perfectly situated to enjoy the fashionable cultured high life on the French Riviera.
Nice airport is accessible from main cities around the world.
Perfectly situated in old town Nice, you can walk to the markets and capture the smell of summer all year round where fresh flowers/ local fruit & veg are sold. Walking through the market you will come to the Promenade des Anglais where you will find all sorts of fantastic street entertainers and then the beach.
There is something to do all year round: visiting the ski resorts in winter (a short drive away), watching the opera 5 minutes away, jazz festival, dining in some of the finest french cuisine restaurants.

We have just returned from a week in this property.It is in an excellent spot to enjoy all Nice has to offer. It had everything you could need and was spotlessly clean.
Claire your agent was first class. She could not have been more welcoming or helpful, giving us advice and instructions which really added to our enjoyment.

"Excellent location, clean and well equipped."
The apartment is right in the middle of the Vielle Ville of Nice which has lots of character, many restaurants, bakeries, butchers, clothes shops, bars, tourist shops, icecream stalls and markets. It is very close to buses to and from the airport, Cannes, Monaco etc. and very close to the tram line. There is a small supermarket 1 minute walk away and a larger supermarket 5-10 minutes walk. The beach is a 10 minute stroll through the old streets, although the beach is a bit nicer a bit further up the promenade. The apartment is spacious, clean and well-equipped. It has cooking facilities and although the space and equipment is slightly limited- small oven and double hob- we were able to cook a couple of meals in for 7. There is also a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and fridge. There are so many eating places close by that there is no need to cook in unless you are on a really tight budget. It has a good shower with various settings. Bed linen and towels were clean and there is a washing machine should you need it. The air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and the living room is included which was really appreciated during our August stay. The 3rd double bedroom downstairs has no air conditioning but fans are provided, although air conditioning would be a welcome addition as it did get very hot. The sofa bed was comfortable enough for 1 person. As the apartment is in the hustle and bustle of the small streets it is lovely to sit with the windows open and watch/listen to people walking by, street entertainers, the sounds of the restaurants all around, but the windows have good double glazing which means that you can have peace and quiet too. Things like hand soap, washing up liquid, toilet roll and teabags are provided initially. Claire, the agent was very helpful, we were able to leave our luggage before and after the "check in" and "check out" and a problem with the air conditioning not working was quickly resolved. A folder of info is provided which includes phone numbers, the wifi access code and various things to do around Nice, there are also a couple of guide books in the cupboard but I would recommend going to tourist information for maps. There are only 4 seats around the table but there are also 4 stools so we were able to fit 7 of us around the table when needed. My only issue with going as a larger group is that there is only 1 sofa and 1 chair which together seat 4 people, or 5 at a squeeze. As the apartment is able to take up to 8 people I would expect there to be another sofa as there is plenty of room for 1, as although those who cannot sit on the sofa could sit at the table the chairs aren't the sort you would call comfy or relaxing. Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely go back, thank you.
