About the home

Very child friendly with plenty of interest for all ages, very large mature garden, lovely pool & terraces with outdoor dining area, balcony, formal and al fresco dining for 10. Total internal size of villa 200 sq metres.

The villa is ideal for groups as the upper and lower floors of the villa are not connected so you can have more privacy if required, and remember the villa has kitchens on both floors. Private gated property with parking for 10 cars. Ideal for a 3 generation or 2/3 family holiday.

We can take groups of 12 but this must be confirmed at time of booking.

Newly fitted, well equipped Provençal style kitchen-views over valley. Spacious double bedroom-east facing- fitted wardrobes-overlooks garden & beyond (folding bed or baby bed can be provided) bathroom with bath with shower.

Sun lounge -great views-possibility folding beds lower level:three further double rooms (one with extra single bed)-fitted wardrobes-both open onto enclosed south terrace.

A bunk bedded room with fitted wardrobe. Bathroom with bath & power shower over. Separate toilet with wash basin. 2 more bathrooms. 2nd kitchen-well appointed & equipped-overlooks terrace,pool & garden.

Garden room-furnished for dining-sliding patio doors onto terrace & pool area. South terrace can be closed with sliding patio doors-safe play area for small children.

Delightful, well maintained garden with mature plants & trees of the area. Sheltered car parking. Boules court. Sand pit. Lower garden left as natural area. Full size table tennis table-sand pit-pool toys-boules-basketball net-small swings-safe area for little ones-baby bed-adventure garden.
General store 750 metres from the villa--fresh croissants, baguettes from early morning. Good restaurant within walking distance - very popular-super views over nice to coast-pizza outlet 800 m.-cooked open wood fire-delicious-800m.

Airport 20 mins. drive. 750 m. to general store-fresh bread and croissant's a.m. 750 m. to restaurant CICION (good reports from guests). Auberge 2 kms. Italian restaurant (good pizzas) 3 kms. (super views over Nice to the coast). Villa is very well situated for visiting coast and mountains.

Easyjet dominate the budget market to Nice - serving the city from four airports. With Nice being France's second busiest airport, it's no surprise to learn that the major European carriers offer services there - all flying via their own European hub.
Airlingus also offer very cheap flights out of Gatwick.
