Play place of Europes nobility and wealthy for hundreds of years,Nice has everything!!Its a big city Frances fourth largest and has super infrasrtucture yet situated on a beautiful beach.Super trains to Antibes,Cannes,Monte Carlo.You can get the TGV to Paris or go to Italy for the day.Skiing is just 90 mins away ,Isola 2000 is particulary good.Approx 300 days sunshine a year means lots of activities avaliable ,sailing,scuba-diving,paragliding,kitesurfing and some of the most amazing hill walking tracks i have ever seen.Go on a wine tour of the region,go horse racing at L'baie des Agnes,see Nice versus Lyon in the soccer.If thats not enough you can see Nices many musems,theatres and festivals or you can just chill by the beach sipping wine .

The main appeal of Nice is the ease of access both from the airport or as a base from which to explore this amazing part of France.Buses ,trains and ferries can bring you efficiently and cheaply to so many places.If time is short there is so much to do.The flower festival in Feb is like the Mardi Gras,the Jazz festival usually in August is one of the best in the world but i like the buzz of the old town with so many bars,restaurants and shops you just wont be bored!!
How to get there
WOW!!!!!!,only 2 hours by plane from all major British airports,and less than two and a half from both Dublin and Cork airports. You can also get to the beautiful south of France by T.G.V from Paris. All the major car hire companies operate direct out of Nice airport from about Euro 35 per day.

Further details indoors: This large apartment (110 metres squared) is perfect for families or groups. Keys can be collected from and left with the on-site Concierge. The Concierge is helpful if you require information or more linen etc. Everything you need is supplied. I lived there myself for a year before having to be dragged back to the rain in Ireland!! Local supermarkets and fresh produce markets are less than 50 metres away. The beach is a quick walk away and there is a vast selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are fully air-conditioned and the balcony has electric sun blinds. There is on street parking available if necessary. The apartment has been newly refurbished and this is its first letting.
The third bedroom is quite compact and contains a set of bunk beds
