On entry to the apartment you have a bright lobby with a glass table and high chairs (perfect for your breakfast croissant). On your left is the main livingroom - with a dining area for up to 6 persons - and main living area with a comfortable sofa-bed, a coffee table and a large flat-screen TV and DVD. The living-room also opens up onto a very cute terrace (7sqm, with a patio table and 4 chairs), which is well set-back from the road and gets the sun up to lunch hour in summer. The master bedroom also has direct access to the terrace - the bedroom has a kingsize double-bed, a large wardrobe, a writing desk and has a sunny aspect. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size double bed and storage cupboards and opens onto a small balcony which gets the evening sun. There is a large bathroom, with a full bath and a separate shower cubicle. The separate kitchen is also fully equipped (with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine). This apartment has been beautifully restored by its architect owner who has retained many of the original Art Deco features. The apartment has air-conditioning throughout (in addition to under-floor heating for winter visits), and is in a quiet and secure building, perfectly located literally metres from the beach, restaurants and nightlife.
