A very unique 3 bedroom "loft" apartment in old town of Nice. This is apartment is in a super location - on the Rue de la Prefecture and overlooks the building of Le Palais de Justice - right in the heart of all the restaurants and bars. The apartment is on 2nd floor (no lift) on opening the front door - you are greeted by the feeling of true loft living - as a corner apartment you have 3 double height windows that add stunning light to the room. The main living area is open planned with 2 large modern sofas and 2 separate chairs - there is a dining area with table for 6 persons. The american kitchen is fully equipped (with oven, hob, super american fridge/ freezer washing machine and dryer. The apartment has top of the range Bose stereo system and projector (to watch DVD's against the wall) Upstairs on the mezzanine area are 3 bedrooms - 2 bedroom have 1 double bed in each and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds - upstairs also there is the shower-room with double shower cubicle and toilet. Downstairs there is also a smaller shower-room and toliet. There is not air conditioning - but fans in apartment and being a corner apartment there is a cooling breeze. This apartment has a stunning combination of old Nice charm combined with modernistic furnishings and design which gives it a truly unique ambiance. It is in perfect central location - and when the Palais de Justice is lit-up in summer months - the old town atmoshere flows through the apartment. This would make a perfect base for up 6 persons - maybe 2 couples or a small group. (In our opinion not suitable for young children due to stairs and mezzanine layout)
