This lovely very quiet and cosy 1 bedroom apartment located in elegant belle epoque building - This 2nd floor apartment (with lift) has been stylishly and tastefully reburbished and furnished. On entry you have a modern and bright kitchen (with full facilities, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and washing machine) There is a charming and spacious living room - with dining table and 4 chairs - a sofabed (doublebed) and Flatscreen TV, DVD, and Hifi system - with english Satelite TV, BBC, ITV and Sky news. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and large storage cupboards. This apartment has fully reversible air-conditioning throughout and very quiet and cosy. It is located in a very prestigious area of Nice (between the Pedestrian zone and Rue Victor Hugo - Carre d'or) approx 400 meters from beach and Promenade des Anglais - It overlooks the rear of the building and is very quiet. This is a very nice apartment indeed - and an ideal base for couple looking to spend time in a quality apartment.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Located in Southern Europe at the south eastern corner of France, Nice nestles between the Alps, Provence, Corsica and Italy. This privileged city stands on an exceptional natural site at the heart of the French Riviera. It stretches over a coastal plain southward onto the Mediterranean, and it is bordered from East to West by a succession of wooded hills. In the background are the Alpine foothills, some of which reach over 9000 ft above sea level. These are only 31 miles away from the coast as the crow flies.

To the west, Cannes is just 25 minutes away on the train, and just an hour from St Tropez. To the East, Monte Carlo is a 25 minute train journey away. It is only around 65 minutes to the Val D'Isere ski resort on the Italian border.

There is a large selection of nightlife for all styles and tastes in Nice, mainly centred around the bars and restaurants of Vieux Nice (old Nice) and the pedestrian zone (off place Massena)
The general ambiance is a relaxed informal environment with many Pubs and clubs catering for an international clientel, bars such as .....

Excellent apartment , superb location! specially with 2 young boys who were not troubled by the confined space. Thanks to provided sky tv and Dvd!

Superb apartment, surprisingly good bed AND coach for the third person. Excellent airconditioning - very efficient and very quite, one of the best if not the best I’ve seen in hotels or rental apartments. All appliances are top notch. Location is very good and I have to mention that we always were able to park car outside on a street meter (which is much much cheaper than parking on a multistory parking garage).
I think that this location is the best, because it is very close to the old town and Promenade but at the same time it is far enogh to find a parking and easy access by car. Finally, it is just 5 minutes walk to all rental cars and bus 98 stop to airport. I definitely will try to rent this apartment next time!

Loved 204 Hugo Park, a real home from home. Couldn’t get over how quiet it was at night and the air-con and freezer are a real bonus. Close to everything, beach,promenade, bus stops, shopping and supermarkets. Tres Bon Go Nice, A Bientot.
