Nice has everything to offer in the way of a perfect holiday, wonderful climate and food and lots and lots to see and do in the region. Eat in the old town of Nice in one of the many restaurants, stroll the Promenade des Anglais or watch the people go by in one of the many chairs provided free. You can swim in the sea or shop till you drop, visit the museums, art galleries, Roman sites, churches or watch the body beautifuls of which there are many.

Nice must have one of the best climates in the world.
The train is minutes from the apartment where you can go to Cannes Antibes (second largest port in the world for luxury yachts) Menton, Monoco, Villefranche. Or the coach to Grasse, famous perfume town,Vance, Biot or the ski resorts Isola or Auron just over 1 hour away.
Come anytime because each month there is something to see and do, you will not be disappointed.
How to get there
Aerlingus.com and easyjet.co.uk do daily flights to Nice Cote d,Azur Airport with special discounts wid- week. Coach transport leaves every 15 minutes from Terminal 1(Number 98 Bus)and stops at the Negresco Hotel on the Prominade.
The Apartment is beside a large park "Alsace Lorraine" which is on the Gambetta next to the famous Negresco Hotel. The apartment is next to this park in Avenue Emilia which is very quiet and free from traffic.The apartment is close to the train station "SNCF " about 500metrs.
Nice airport also have a good taxi service which will cost you 20 Euro approx to get to the apartment. The apartment has its own private garage on the ground floor with parking for a second car outside.

Further details indoors: The apartment was refurbished in 2006/7 and also has a lift. It enjoys a peaceful position to rest and sleep and still close to designer shops,beach, restaurants,cafes, enclosed market with all home produce, parks etc. The park is lovely to relax in and hear the birds singing it is only 50 meters from the apartment.
Further details outdoors: We employ an English/French speaking agent, who will meet you at the Airport for a small fee if you wish.He is on call in the event of an emergancy and will ensure that any questions you have are dealt with promptly on the spot.
An ideal base to explore Nice,its region and culture, on chill out on the beach or with a nice glass of wine at one of the many restaurants. Beside the Cathedral you have a 24 hour shop with all you need.

Payment is paid in full to our meet and greet on arrival. When leaving the apartment it will be refreshed and all linen changed by Pascals teem. A fee of 175 Euros is payable to Pascal for this service on arrival He is also our meet and greet manager.

What a superb equipped and furnished apartment..... Could not be better for transport, shops, restaurants, beach and amenities. Life at night was fabulous and plenty of entertainment. We felt very secure on the 2rd floor. It was great to have parking in the centre of Nice for 2 car. A very good holiday we would recommend to anyone. The property is as new with beautiful parquey floors ( a little house in the centre of Nice with everything) will come again.
