About the home

This very quiet and airy 3rd floor apartment with lift (tho have to climb approx 10 stairs) is in the charming old town of Nice and less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and Nice city centre. Located in a traditional Nicois style building the apartment boasts old time charm. Windows are facing a pedestrian street and have very typical old town views. You are within easy access of all restaurants and little shops. Open livingroom (with flat screen TV and DVD) and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen (including oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine) offers plenty of room for relaxing. In the large bedroom you will find a king size bed (with canopy) and storage cupboards - A super modern bathroom has a bath tub as well as a shower, and there is a separate toilet in the hallway. 2 more people can be accommodated on the living room sofa-bed. The apartment is located perfectly to explore the charm of the old town, beach and centre of Nice - perfect romantic apartment for couples.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Located in Southern Europe at the south eastern corner of France, Nice nestles between the Alps, Provence, Corsica and Italy. This privileged city stands on an exceptional natural site at the heart of the French Riviera. It stretches over a coastal plain southward onto the Mediterranean, and it is bordered from East to West by a succession of wooded hills. In the background are the Alpine foothills, some of which reach over 9000 ft above sea level. These are only 31 miles away from the coast as the crow flies.

To the west, Cannes is just 25 minutes away on the train, and just an hour from St Tropez. To the East, Monte Carlo is a 25 minute train journey away. It is only around 65 minutes to the Val D'Isere ski resort on the Italian border.

My husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary by renting this apartment in Nice. It exceeded our expectations, as its location is absolutely wonderful, not far from the bus station, and just a good walk to the train station. It puts you right in the middle of all the action in Nice, and there are tons of places to eat around. It was neat, clean, and we would absolutely return in the future. Thanks for a great time!

I went to Nice with my family, there was four of us in total and we found the apartment excellent and with ample space for all four of us. The facilities were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived.

The flat is located right in the heart of the picturesque Nice old town with a good number of restaurants (and ice cream places) literally outside your doorstep. The beach and the town centre are only a few minutes walk away as well. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Nice. Well worth the price!

Fab location in the heart of old Nice. Bustling street markets and cafes by day, close - but not too close - to nightlife in the evening. Not 10 mins to the prom and beach. Lovely modern apartment. My partner and I stayed at the apartment in June 2009 (our second stay having previously stayed here in September 2008). If you are looking to stay in the Old Town area of Nice, with all it has to offer; numerous restaurants; bars and small shops; all set in the charm of old town ambiance, then this apartment makes an ideal base.

The apartment is in a traditional old town building, but benefits from a lift to get you up to the third floor. The apartment itself is furnished to a modern contemporary design, providing a comfortable environment for enjoying your holiday.

The location is ideal being in the old town but only a 5 minute walk from the bus station, making the airport connection very easy to navigate. It is also only a 5 minute walk to the Monoprix supermarket. The nearest tram stop is around 8 minutes away.

I have no reservation about recommending this apartment, it is ideal for two people. I have also found the Go Nice booking service to be fast and efficient.

Excellent location. The apartment was well situated, clean and well furnished. All 3 of us enjoyed our stay. We will be returning to Nice, and would highly recommend the apartment, and the service of Go-Nice was superb.

Execellent apartment in an excellent location. We were four people staying in the apartment for one week. The arrival and departure of the apartment was very well organized. From Go Nice we were also supplid with a guide about Nice which we appreciated. I would recommend this apartment and Go-Nice.

Wonderful apartment, situated right in the middle of the Old Town. Perfect location for exploring the little streets and shops. Nice walk to the beach. Apartment is well furnished with everything you could possibly need and exceptionally clean. Everything was so well organized by the Go-Nice team, I would recommend this apartment for an excellent holiday!

First, it was easy to find keys upon araval at the airport. The apartment was equipped exactly as it was written in advertisement, all gadgets were of good quality. We were provided with plenty of bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes. The apartment was very clean (no smells). We really liked the complimentary basket with food (it was nice to drink orange quice after the getting to apartment) and free wi-fi. The location was goon in relation to public transport, supermarkets and eating facilities. What we have underestimated is that as far as the apartmen was in the old town, the corridors inside the building were extremely small and we were hearing the noise from the restaurant in the street untill midnight. Overall, it was very good expereince staying in this apartment and dealing with Go-Nice.
