Home descriptionThis really lovely homely 6th floor apartment is located in a quiet building in the musiciens district of Nice - approx 500 meters from Pedestrian zone and beachfront. The apartment is on the 6th (top floor) of building with lift. On entry you have a hallway which can also be used as a dining area. There is a very nice and sunny south facing livingroom - which has a sofa and 2 armchairs - flat screen TV with english programmes (Sky news etc) and DVD player. It has a very sunny aspect and a very nice "Juliet" balcony. Off the livingroom is a 2nd bedroom alcove with a single bed. The bedroom has 2 single beds - that are together to make a Kingsize double bed - the bedroom is very quiet and sunny. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob and full utensils and washing machine (in shower-room) the shower-room has walk-in shower - and is very clean and bright. This apartment has a very charming, homely feel and has been furnished with loving care - it is ideal base for a couple or party of 3 persons.
