The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and storage cupbaords. The apartment has airconditioning in Main bedroom and living area (sufficient to cool 2nd bedroom) There is a spacious shower-room. This apartment is in a great central location on the pedestrian zone - with all the restaurants and activities "on the doorstep" only 150 meters from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais and 600 meters to old town - with its unique south facing sun-bathing terrace makes it a perfect base for 4 persons (not recommended for children under 14 years)
