This very stylish apartment is located in a quiet and prestigious area in Nice. It is within walking distance of the shops , beach and Old Town. It is also perfectly placed for all of the Cote D'Azur's best features.It has all of the facilities for a short weekend break or a long stay and is a real home from home. Book in time for the Monaco Grand Prix, the Monaco Tennis or the Cannes film festival or many other attractions.
The apartment sleeps up to 6 people, with one double bed, a double sofa bed and two single fold away beds available. There is a large fully fitted kitchen and a large shower room with separate wc. The large bedroom has fitted wardrobes . The apartment is decorated to the highest standards.It is a good base for those who wish to try the excellent local restaurants. It is located in a private road in one of the more exclusive regions of Nice.
Monaco, Villefranche ,Grasse and Cannes are within easy reach by car or regular buses. Italy is a 30 minute drive on the nearby motorway. The beauty of this region is that it has activities for 12 months of the year as the ski slopes are only 1and a half hours away giving you sunshine in the mountains as well as by the beach on the same day. Snorkelling and diving are close by or you could roller skate on the Promenade des Anglais.

This region has all year sunshine and activities and highlights to match.
It has exceptional charm as well as beauty. The town has the beaches on one side, and on the other such luxury hotels as the Negresco.There are major features in Nice and the surrounding areas throughout the year.
The Nice Carnival in February , Monte Carlo tennis and the Monaco Grand Prix in April and May as well as the Cannes film festival and the Nice Jazz festival to name a few.
Nice / Mont Boron area
The 'Old Town' of Nice has regular markets including antiques and flower markets and there are the fashionable boutiques in the centre of town which is a 20 minute walk from the apartment.
How to get there
Stunning views just 20 minutes drive from France's 2nd Airport which is serviced by many of the major airlines. The apartment can be easily reached by bus or taxi from the airport or take advantage of the many car hire companies available in Nice and at the airport.
Nice also has a major train terminal which is also within 20 minute taxi drive from the apartment. In addition Nice Port is within 10 minutes walk and ferries sail to Corsica and Sardinia. In the summer you can take a ferry to St Tropez.
