Living Area:

The living and kitchen area are open plan, and the living area is decorated in an attractive palette of creams and reds. There is a very high quality cream leather sofa bed, a stand-alone reading lamp, white console unit supporting a 32" LCD screen and DVD player, and Wi-Fi internet access.

A deep red rug and cushions, as well as a smaller lamp for subtle lighting, add comfort to the overall chic and simple style. The large double glazed window is framed by beige curtains. A black glass rectangular table with four leather high-backed cream chairs provide ample dining space.

Kitchen:

The kitchen comprises units in a gloss maple laminate which complement the marble effect worktop and real wood floor. The units under the worktop house a small built-in dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge with small freezer compartment. The units above hold all necessary glassware, crockery and utensils necessary for cooking a feast with the local produce, and there is a four-ring hob, oven and a microwave to cook it in.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur region

The Côte d’Azur lies between the mountains peaks of the Alps and the shimmering turquoise Mediterranean. It has been the playground of Europe since the 19th century when it became a popular holiday destination for the rich and famous. It remains to this day, one of the most sought after destinations in France and is ideal for family and group holidays as well as romantic city breaks.

Agreeably named, Nice is the capital of the Alpes-Maritimes. It is a city that stays alive and active all year round. There is plenty to see and do and something to suit all tastes.

With approximately 300 days of sunshine, it is renowned for its long hot summers and cooling sea breezes which help to maintain a pleasant temperature.

Beautifully situated, between Cannes and Menton, Nice offers easy access by train or bus allowing you to explore many other interesting towns along this famous coastline. Day trips to Monaco, Italy and some of the surrounding hilltop Provençal villages are all possible. A day trip to the ski slopes of Auron and Isola 2000 during the winter months is also feasible.

"A charming little apartment in a great location"

This apartment is perfectly located to access shops, buses, trams, restaurtant and about 10 to 15 mins walk to the Old Town and main train station. The apartment itself has everything you need to make you stay in Nice perfect. On arrival you are greeted with a lovely little welcome basket full of little essentials and treats. The apartment has a TV, DVD, selection of DVD's, WIFI, telephone (with free calls to landlines in most countries) and the kitchen is fully equiped. There is a folder full of information about Nice from bus and train times to takeaways and restaurant recommendations. The space is perfect for 2 people and gives you a taste of living life in Nice.

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to review the amenities and location of our Russie apartment, particularly for your mention of our Welcome Pack and Pebbles Guide. We believe it is the little touches that set a Pebbles apartment apart and ensure you have the holiday of a lifetime. No doubt, future guests will find your review very helpful. We hope you had a wonderful holiday, and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to review our lovely Russie apartment, particularly for your review of our overall service, as we believe this is one of the most important aspects of our business. Following your review, we have added the lack of air-conditioning in this apartment to our "What Guests Like Most/Least" list on our Pebbles website. Unfortunately, strict building codes prevent the installation of an air-conditioner, but we hope this didn't disrupt your holiday too greatly. We hope to see you again in Nice soon!
