About the home

It's hard to find fault with this well-placed city pad. The layout is generously proportioned with plenty of space throughout the apartment. The design and specifications are equally as impressive. With the Old Town, beach and shopping just a few steps away, our advice would be to book early!

As the name suggests, you are situated just one block away from Place Massena. Centrally located, it is approximately ten minutes walk to the beach, Promenade, and Old Town if you walk south, and two minutes from Avenue Jean Médecin and the shopping district if you walk west. The train station is fifteen minutes walk away, and the bus station a ten minute walk away, so if you plan to explore the Côte d'Azur, this is a perfect base.

Bedroom:
The elegant bedroom has a double bed with a luxurious padded headboard positioned between two built-in bedside tables and lamps. There is a cleverly designed built-in wardrobe and combined dressing area which enhances the romantic feel. A ceiling fan has been installed to provide comfort during the summer nights.

Bathroom:
No expense was spared when this bathroom was installed. There is a double wash basin with mirror over and a walk-in shower to complete the luxury feel.

Living Area:
Situated on the corner and being on the fourth floor, the spacious open plan living area benefits from plenty of natural light and pleasant street views leading onto Place Massena. Furnished and decorated with taste and style, there is a large comfortable leather sofa and matching armchair positioned around a wall mounted LCD screen equipped with DVD and French cable TV.

Kitchen:
The impressive open plan kitchen area is furnished with modern white units with matching white tiles and a splash of real italian stone. Fully equipped with an integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and extractor, there is also more than ample space for preparing a culinary feast thanks to the large worktop.
Dine in style in the area to the left of the open plan living space, where you will find a round table with matching chairs.

Day trips to Monaco, Italy and some of the surrounding hilltop Provençal villages are all possible. A day trip to the ski slopes of Auron and Isola 2000 during the winter months is also feasible.

“Great location, clean apartment with space!” Great apartment close to old town and the city square. Only problem was the lack of air conditioning as it can get very warm. Keeping the windows open kept the temperature reasonable, but the as it is quite close to the main area, street noise can get quite loud. Apart from that, very comfortable and as per any other pebbles rentals, well presented and great service.
