Living room have a sofa bed ( it's possible for 1 child, but apartment is most comfortable for 2 person).
Dining table. TV and DVD in the room.The other half of the room , there is a press bed, double bed.You can draw curtains and you have bedroom separate.Air Condition.

Nice, small kitchen , but fully equipped with all you need. Dishwasher, freezer, fridge, cooker.
Washing machine. Fantastic well-organized apartment.Lovely balcony with sunbeds and dining table.Great view, a little glimpse of the sea from balcony.it takes around 15-20 minutes walking distance to the beach and sea.
Apartment is located in a lovely area, green and bushy.There is a shared pool to use for tenants of the building, also a tennis court. Safe parking included.

Rivieran have a lot of places to discover. The ''Old Town'' in Nice is lovely.There´s a lot of small and cosy restaurants . The famous flower market at Cours Saleya, with it´s daily market (except Mondays,which is reserved for antique market) you can buy fresh fruit,vegetables, spices and beautiful flowers.
There is a lot to do in Nice. You can visit a lot of old beautiful Cathedrals. Art galleries, museum´s Chagall and Matisse is worth a visit. Vine yard Bellet , not so far from the apartment. Also Botanic Garden,10-15 minutes from apartment. Absolutely worth a visit.
