The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur region

Main part of the Mediterannean Coast with the Bouches-du-Rhône, Var, Alpes and Alpes-Maritimes departments, from Marseille to Menton.

More than 300 sunny days per year.

The sea, the blue sky and the high mountains explain why summer (sea) as winter (ski) , people from all over the world come to the French Riviera.

NICE is the biggest and the most famous town in the Alpes-Maritimes, but only the fifth in France with 380.000inh.

But 4,5 Millions of tourists visit, per year, this city.

Nice, with 7,5 km of beaches, counts more than 200 hotels to welcome them.

With its opera, several theaters, concert halls, museums (the largest number after Paris), Nice is also a green city with 300 acres of parks, gardens and green spaces (Parc Phoenix, Monastère de Cimiez, Colline du Chateau)

The Vieux NICE is the real heart of Nice . When we arrive here, everything changes. We leave buildings and luxury hotels to penetrate into a city in the city. Typical architecture, colored walls, scents and échopes stocked well, it is a real journey for the senses. This heart of picturesque city seduces by its places, its fountains, its chapels and the other churches.

You will be here in a pedestrian zone, with the vibrant Cours Saleya and its antique markets (Mondays) or flowers and fruits and vegetables (Tuesday till Sunday mornings), its numerous pubs, cafés,restaurants.

We recommend you to go up to the "Chateau de Nice" by lift (free since May 2010) or stairs (for sportifs ones) to have a fantastic view on the town and see the waterfall nearby.

"Nice, France - Food, Wine, Sun and Sea"

The apartment owner's were very nice and the apartment had everything for a short or long stay. The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and the sea. There is a public market everyday by the apartment except Monday, when it turns into a wonderful antique market.

You are too kind, Kevin !!
Thank you so much.

"Cute. Comfy. Great location. Super friendly owners."

The family who owns the flat is a pleasure to work with. Very kind, responsive and detail oriented. The flat was a nice size for the two of us, everything was well-maintained, neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect as it was a quick walk almost everything including: the Promenade, shopping, cheese and pastry shops, tons of restaurants and Castle Hill. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

"Small but perfectly formed studio in Nice makes for a perfect tete a tete."

This is a delightful studio in the centre of Nice old town. Perfect location for walks by the sea, trips to the Cours Saleya ( Flower Market) visits to the Musueum of Modern Art and a general immersion in la vie Francaise. The owners are a delightful couple that made us feel very welcome, supplied a well stocked studio and were genuinely concerned that we had a great time.Eveything that we needed was here both in the studio and in the town.
