Home description
The house is situated in the Bourgade, the "soul" of the village. Acess by car only. Easy to unload, Then parking in the streets or in the paying parking lot (19.20 euros per day; 40 euros per week or 72 euros for 2 weeks)
It comprises three levels: GROUND FLOOR: -Entrance -Bedroom with double bed. Cupboards. (separation with the entrance with curtains) -Stairway leading up to the 1rst floor.
FIRST FLOOR: -Living room with window on the south, with extra sofa bed for two people, dressing. -Bathroom with wc.and 2sinks -Dressing and cupboards.
UPPER LEVEL: -Dining-room/ living area. (with a fan in the ceiling) -American kitchen. electric cooker and oven, fridge etc... -Beautiful terrace opened to the south with magic view from Cap FERRAT to Cap d'ANTIBES over the tiled roofs of the village.

Cagnes sur mer is located between Nice and Antibes on the sea side. The city is very famous by the Renoir museum and the hippodrome (horse races) It is a very convenient city with a lot of buses and trains to reach all the area easily.

The village of Haut de Cagnes is the medieval part of the city. Full of charm and history. Very convenient because situated right in the centre of the city but apart on the top of a hill.
How to get there
This house is located at 10 mns approximately driving from International Nice Airport in the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes in Cagnes sur mer.
The village is situated on the top of the hill, free shuttle ( bus n°44)(every 15mns) going there from the city.The city is a 3 or 4 minutes walking distance ! with all shops, groceries, supermarket, typical food market etc...
Fly to NICE international airport, then 10 minutes of taxi or buses (bus n°200) or car rental. From the airport take the direction "Antibes" few kms later take Cagnes sur mer "centre ville", then "bourg médieval" signs. Follow those signs to get in the village. You can park at the entrance of the village, free parking or "parking du planastel" public and paying parking lot (40 euros per week; 19 euros per 24 hours). The house is situated at 100 metres from the castle going down on the "montée de la bourgade" number 90 The village is situated on the top of the hill, free shuttle ( bus n°44)(every 15mns) going there from the city.
