About the home
One really nice thing about our apartment is that you can rent it as a ONE bedroom ...or....you can rent it as a TWO bedroom. We can easily close off one of the bedrooms so that you don't pay for that extra bedroom!
The apartment is on the top floor so it is light and bright!...it has been completely refurbished with charming details throughout, and is very spacious with a separate kitchen, and a living room/dining area. Both bedrooms are private. And as we mentioned earlier you can rent our apartment as a ONE BEDROOM (we simply close off access to the other bedroom!) The bathroom is new and well organized. As you walk out the apartment building you are in the heart of Old Nice with Place Rossetti to your left and the world famous Cours Saleya (the daily market) one street away! And just beyond that the Mediterranean Sea with it's gorgeous beaches and the fabulous Promenade des Anglais.
From the apartment it is a short walk to many museums, the opera house, and special events that are held throughout the year....Carnival, the Nice Triathelon, andThe Nice Jazz Festival to name a few.
You are also surrounded by fabulous restaurants and charming shops for every taste and budget!
It is easy to see why Nice is voted year after year the most vibrant and visited city on the Cote D'Azur!

The kitchen has granite counter tops and a good sized 4 burner gas stove top....also a new on demand hot water heater...so you don't run out of hot water in our newly tiled shower.The floors are all tiled and ad a crisp element cleanliness and modernity.....so you are in the heart of antiquity, with modern amenities! The apartment is decorated with a comprehensive sense of color throughout....and...not crowded, which gives you a chance to relax in a light, airy, and spacious atmosphere.

The apartment is surrounded by hundreds of fabulous restaurants and shops of all kinds. Easy transportation by tram, bus, train, water ferry...and only 20 min. from the Nice International Airport!!
Take a ferry to Corsica!...it's 15 min walk to the ferry!
Take a train to Menton on the French border...the train station is just a short tram ride (tram is a 5 min. walk from the apartment!
I could go on and on....but you have to experience it for yourself!! Come to Nice on the Cote D'Azur and have the time of your life!!!

There are many direct flights from Europe on major airlines: (Air France, Delta, British Air,Easy Jet and many more!) to the Nice International Airport; then a 20 minute ride by bus, taxi or rental car to Vieux Nice (Old Nice)
By Train:
Trains from all points in Europe direct to Nice city train station (Gare de Nice-Ville). From there transfer to the New Nice Tram and you will be in Old Nice in just a few stops!
Just after you confirm a reservation for our vacation rental we will supply you with contact information for our agent in Nice who will provide you with directions and parking information for your stay in Old Town Nice, should you need this.

My girlfriend and I had a great time in Nice! Your apartment was lovely and had everything we needed to make some perfect meals at home, when we weren't dining out. There was a fantastic bakery right near the apartment that we visited every morning, just after the church bells rang! I am so excited to finally write a review for the wonderful apartment we rented last year. We loved it! Fabulous location and walk out the door and feel so french......the apartment, is beautiful and clean and very very charming....felt life as a local in France. Great restaurants, beach, shopping all in walking distance from home. All in all, I have recommended to everyone I know, and I am making reservations for next spring. I would highly recommend this place, to feel home away from home, also making me feel like I am a part of France. |
