A really bright and modern 1 bedroom apartment - located 50 meters from Promenade des Anglais and beach. The apartment is fully equipped - on entry you have a spacious living area - with sofa bed and armchair - flat screen TV, DVD and hi-fi. There is a glass dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a separate toilet and shower room and the adjacent bedroom has a comfortable King size double bed , wardrobe and two bedside cupboards.
The apartment benefits from full air conditioning and warm air heating. Access to the spacious balcony is via double glazed french windows from the lounge. What better way to start a new day than eating croissants and drinking coffee on the balcony, planning your day. The apartment is located opposite the Radisson Hotel. There is also an allocated secure underground parking space within the apartment building, should you wish to hire a car and explore the many delights of the Cote d'Azure. This apartment is an ideal base for seeing, Ville Franche, Monaco, Cannes, Antibes to name but a few or simply enjoying a city break in Nice, spending time roaming the narrow streets of the old town, or relaxing in one of the many cafe bars.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
There are many places to visit such as, Antibes and the super Picasso art museum. The fortified village of Eze, which perches 570 metres high on a cliff offering unparalleled views of the Cote d' Azur. Cannes with its designer boutiques, fabulous dining and the glamorous La Croisette waterfront. Take the cliff road to Monaco for spectacular views of the hillside villas and coatline or visit Menton near the Italian border which is reknown for its lemon trees and even has a lemon festival.
The weather is great, even in the winter you can wear a T -shirt in the sun or go skiing 60 minutes away in the mountains.
Nice / Nice West area
In the south east of France, on the shores of the Mediterranean and within sight of the Alps, lies the capital of the Cote d' Azur: Nice. Renouned for its exceptional climate, blue waters, quaint cobblestone streets and the vibrant nightlife of the Old Town.... and the chance to watch life go by on the Promenade des Anglais. Sample Nice's nightlife in the casinos, see a show, visit the opera or boogy the night away in a nightclub after you have dined in one of the many restaurants Nice has to offer. Visit during Nice's Mardi Gras parade in February or the Jazz Festival in July to mention just two.
How to get there
The apartment is opposite the Radisson Hotel. Cheap flights from Birmingham Airport with BMIBABY and from Manchester and Bradford airport with Jet2. Easyjet.co.uk also have cheap flights form Liverpool, Stansted and Newcastle. There are aslo daily flights with Aerlingus. Other flights are available from other major airports.
Local buses run regularly between the airport and the City of Nice, 10 minutes bus ride to the apartment stops opposite the Raddisson Hotel. The number 23 bus from Nice airport Terminal 1 stops outside the apartment, Saint Helene in Rue Calafornie
